  • Nuestra Guest House se encuentra en el corazón del barrio histórico de Baker, en un entorno urbano moderno y variado. Situado en una calle tranquila y arbolada, el apartamento refleja un estilo ecléctico y artístico. Hay arte original en todo el lugar, paredes de ladrillo a la vista, pisos de madera, baldosas de cerámica y una mezcla de lo antiguo y lo nuevo. Es agradable, relajado y muy cómodo. ¡Y acabamos de reemplazar el sofá viejo por uno nuevo!

    Este es un gran lugar para hospedarse en Denver, ya sea para trabajar o jugar. ¡La idea de nuestra casa de huéspedes era crear un lugar en el que quisiéramos quedarnos mientras estamos en la ciudad!

    Esta unidad de planta baja mide 650 pies cuadrados con una entrada privada a su hogar lejos del hogar, con pasos de estacionamiento en la calle desde la puerta de su casa. Tiene 1 dormitorio grande con oficina, WiFi, una cocina completa con lavavajillas y microondas. Además de una lavadora / secadora en la unidad.

    La habitación es muy grande con una cama doble y hay un escritorio y área de trabajo. Todos los suministros de oficina que están almacenados aquí se pueden utilizar, incluida una impresora HP. Los invitados incluso pueden usar los materiales de arte si así lo desean.

    Hay una terraza compartida fuera de la habitación con una parrilla de gas que se encuentra en un jardín hermoso y maduro. Nuestros huéspedes realmente les gusta esta característica, dicen que es un gran lugar para sentarse y disfrutar de su café de la mañana.

    A tres cuadras a pie de boutiques únicas, tiendas de muebles vintage, películas indie, librerías, cafeterías, yoga, pilates y una gran mezcla de restaurantes y vida nocturna. Se han abierto un par de destilerías nuevas, incluida la destilería Denver local.

    Seis cuadras a pie del tren ligero, a 3 minutos en coche del distrito de artes de Santa Fe con decenas de galerías, a 5 a 7 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad y a 10 minutos en coche del distrito comercial de Cherry Creek. Puede caminar o conducir hasta el Museo de Arte de Denver, el Museo Clyfford Still y el recién inaugurado Museo de Bellas Artes y Arte Decorativo de Kirkland.

Would definitely book again

Really enjoyed my stay here. The decor makes it feel like home. I loved the friendly neighbors. Felt safe. There is a good coffee shop around the corner. Everything was great.

Quiet and comfortable.

My stay in Baker was peaceful, the apartment had everything I needed, Bari and his neighbors were friendly and helpful if I had questions. The gardens are beautiful.

Wonderful way to get to know Denver

Bari was an excellent host, and his apartment is located in a great neighborhood, with both Denver and the surrounding mountains easily accessible. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect spot

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and very much enjoyed the relaxed but well designed space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and walkable to lively Broadway Ave. It fit our needs to be near family in the Baker neighborhood perfectly. Our interactions with host,Bari and others have been very positive. Without a doubt, We would stay here again.

Cozy hidden gem

We really enjoyed our long term stay at Bari’s place! We had everything we needed to get started in a new state after moving cross country. The location was perfect for us and we were able to explore all of the neighborhoods in Denver easily from Baker. There are tons of places that are walkable and the neighborhood is lovely. We highly recommend staying here you won’t regret it!

Absolutely amazing stay

Bari was an incredible host. I stayed for the month and had nothing but a great experience. The place is so cute, easily walkable to south broadway and very cozy. I loved the outside space and worked out there most days. The garden was very cute! I have nothing negative to say at all.

This guest house is a beautiful blend of functionality, stunning architecture and livability. Homey, cozy, immaculately maintained, artfully furnished, and every convenince anticipated and attended to. Office space perfect for a remote worker, and a kitchen equipped with everything from quick meals to foodie fine dining. The neighborhood is ecclectic, diverse, safe, walkable and full of energy. Quaint space for a getaway!

Bari and his property were great! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 months & worked remotely during the week. Walkable neighborhood & perfect size for 2! There is a train that runs through that can be quite loud in the middle of the night (scared me the first few nights) but not something that would deter me from coming back. Awesome spot!!!

Owner was easy to contact but there were issues with the apartment which he took care of but he was out of town so we had to be available for repairs. Bathroom was clean but the rest of the house needed dusting and wiped down.

Quiet area in a bustling neighborhood

My partner and I rented Bari’s Guest House for a long-term stay, and it was everything that we could have hoped for. Parking was on street, but we never had an issue finding a space. Great restaurants, breweries and shopping can be found within a 5 minute walk, and Trader Joe’s is a 7 minute drive. The in-unit laundry and dishwasher were on the smaller side, but it is absolutely perfect for 1-2 people. The bed and couch were both extremely comfortable, and the heat kept us warm during a Rocky Mountain winter. From check-in to check-out, Bari was a gracious, welcoming host, I would recommend this property to friends, family, or anyone looking to spend some time in the amazing city of Denver.

Perfect location, gracious host

I stayed about a month and half at Bari's place and it was a perfect medium-term stay in Denver. The Baker neighborhood is very walkable and bike-able. So much so that I rarely drove my car (except to drive up into the mountains). I really enjoyed the art in the apartment and everything was functional although some appliances / furniture are starting to show their age. Bari was one of the most responsive host I've had the pleasure to communicate with. The train horns are disturbing as another review mentioned, and since it's an older building, you can hear the neighbors and various utility noises but you get used to it. Overall, I would recommend it!

Fantastic stay in Baker

My girlfriend and I lived here for a month while working remotely in Denver. We loved the neighborhood and how walkable all the Broadway shops and restaurants are. We truly didn’t want to leave. We rely on fast internet for our jobs and we were able to make video calls no problem. Such a good location, cozy apartment with everything you’ll need, and very friendly neighbors. We highly recommend a stay here!

An Amazing Month

If you’re looking for a comfortable, quaint place to stay in an AMAZING neighborhood, look no further! My boyfriend and I both work remotely, and were able to WFH from this Vrbo full-time for a month. We absolutely loved the fact that this place is only a few blocks from South Broadway, and found tons of great restaurants and bars that we’ll miss immensely now that we’re gone. Additionally, because this place is close to downtown, Ubers to Ball Arena, The Paramount, and other similar places are cheap and easy to get! As skiers, we were able to get to Breck/Keystone in 1.5 hours, and Vail in under 2. We love this place so much, and wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks for the memories, Denver! We’ll be back!

August in Baker

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in the Baker District. The home was comfortably furnished with all necessary for a lengthy stay including a full kitchen and washer and dryer. There was an desk in the bedroom and a printer. There are a number of original works of art created by the owner which add to the ambience of the apartment. The patio in the rear was comfortable for having all our meals and the large side yard, unusual for this part of Denver, was a pleasant place to sit. There are two permanent residents in the building who were very welcoming and helpful. The Baker District is a residential area that is evolving. We took many walks in the evenings and looked at the houses and the gardens. A major commerical street, Broadway, in just 3-4 block from the home. I would highly recommend this rental. Roger B. Comfortable and convenient

Staying at Bari’s place for a few months was just right. The location was great. I had everything I needed upon arrival to start working temporarily in Denver. The neighborhood is very cute and inclusive.

Cozy and Convenient!

We loved this property, the location and the people! This apartment was perfect. It felt like a home away from home. It had everything that you could think of. Kitchen fully stocked-we cooked 3 meals a day in this kitchen for 4 months and had all the pots/pans/utensils that you need. Large comfortable bed/bedroom. Lots of really hot water! Great little patio for morning coffee and perfect garden for our dog. The location was great! The property is located on a dead end street so not much traffic. Street parking was never an issue. The location is minutes away-walking distance- to coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment, parks and more. Grocery store just around the corner too. I felt very safe walking in the evenings or coming home late at night. Very nice park a block away. Bari, Mike and Leslie are awesome! I felt like I was leaving family! Thank you Bari for everything! Stay in touch! See you in the spring!

Home Away From Home

Living here for a month had an instant but lasting “homey” feeling, like one has always been in this apt and in this lovely neighborhood. The apt feels like a home, not a sterile (hotel) interior with mass produced furnishings forgettable the minute one departs. I will remember this place well and the kind, bighearted owner plus the gracious neighbors who all impressed me with indelibly good memories. A place to settle into and appreciate, that is what I like about it. It is a good place, please support it. A gem and I am grateful for the time here. TW

I needed a place to stay for a 10-week fellowship, and Bari’s home was perfect. Exactly what I needed! Excellent location right off Broadway, clean, stylish, and great communication with Bari throughout the whole stay. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Denver.

Loved it so much we’re extending our stay!

Bari’s place is incredible. We were in the process of moving to Denver from overseas and needed somewhere in between - it instantly felt like home! Location is incredible and the neighbors are great. Couldn’t recommend more!
