  • Our place is a huge 3 beds and 2 baths , space of 2000 sqft. It is located in heart of Capitol Hill . It is very close to many Denver local activities : Zoo, Stadiums, Botanic Garden , Downtown, Convention Center . It is a VERY busy part of happening neighborhood . A lots of bars , restaurants and shops around in urban style . Old Mansion makes it feel unique and comfortable. Perfect for bigger groups, families or just single gateway !

This place is exactly like pictures. This place was great and located near everything we had plan. The apartment is so spacious and was perfect for this girls trip. Loved the place.

Cute apartment in a convenient location. Restaurants close by and downtown access. The beds were comfortable and decor fun. Ice in the freezer and plenty of dishes to entertain.

We had a little issue accessing the front gate but got that resolved quickly. The hosts are responsive and the house was great. Roomy and well stocked. The Christmas decor was a nice touch too. All in all an enjoyable stay.

This apartment was absolutely awesome. Although our stay was very short, everything was very well thought out. The decor was so interesting and unique. We will definitely recommend this place.

Very clean and it has everything you need. The vibe is fun with the decor. I realize some things aren’t controlled by the property owners but there a few things that were unpleasant. As soon as we arrived and we’re trying to figure out how to enter the property we were approached by an aggressive homeless person and she banged on our car windows to try to get a handout. (it’s an area with quite a few homeless) it is in building with a few other apartments, and the neighbors were loud late into the night and we could hear talking and their movements. There was a sewage odor.

Spacious and comfortable place

The unit is in a building with other rentals and is generally quiet and comfortable. Easy to access and in a walkable area with restaurants and entertainment nearby. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed. A nearby liquor store parking lot was active at night, but it was mostly not an issue.

Perfect spot for adults

Bakery, pizza, tacos and cars all within walking distance. Kingas place was charming and unique. The master bath glass shower looking over the rooftop balcony is something to experience. Plenty of price ACH and space.

Denver get away

Stayed at this lovely space with my son and his dog. The location was perfect and the apartment was everything we needed. Easy to walk to everything. The apartment is well appointed. No central a/c but there are 2 wall units that cooled enough. The owner was amazing and instructions for check in/out were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely Perfect!

Not only was our apartment absolutely perfect and met every possible need while we were in Denver, but also Kinga's bar downstairs was amazing! Such a great group of people. Kinga, thank you for being so incredibly hospitable and making us feel very comfortable in our temporary home. We were so sad to leave!!

City Park West, Denver

The rental was nice for young 30' somethings and was the perfect get away to have family together for the Xmas Holiday. Close to many activities and venues to enjoy. It has a nice layout with plenty of living space to host a small group. The Xmas decorations was a nice extra touch! The dishwasher was not working and due to the holiday and missed communications(not hosts fault), was not dealt with during our stay. I'm sure it will be ok for the next guests. Enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others as a nice place to stay.

It should be brought to everyone’s attention that the master bath shower has windows with zero privacy. The 2 other rooms have zero a/c or air flow. There are ants both on the patio & in the kitchen.

Never Again

The host for this property was unresponsive to my request for compensation after there was no security throughout the night, water leaked from the ceiling fixtures, and the bathtub jacuzzi tub not working. The area is sketchy and unsafe to park at night. 3 locked doors to get in, yet the doors were propped open for partygoers all night.

Convenient Local, Cleaning Issue

First, the location is nice if you want easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and tourist attractions. Parking info shared in the check-in instructions wasn’t accurate, but check-in was otherwise easy. The house wasn’t very clean, even for short-term rental standards. The floors were especially grimy, and some of the bedding was dirty and/or stained. There was old food and a lot of ants on the floor in the kitchen. One of the showers has windows on two exterior walls that begin at about knee level and allow people outside to see into it. Unless you’re an exhibitionist, I wouldn’t plan on having two showers. This would be a 5-star rental if management added privacy to the second shower and ensured better cleaning between guests.

The location was very inaccurate, and not in a good neighborhood like the reviews said it was. We did not feel safe even walking around the area and had to dodge homeless people every time we left the property. The beds were uncomfortable and one of the showers had huge windows with no curtains facing towards the neighbors where a man was roofing all day just feet away from the shower. The other shower didn’t drain and had no AC in the bedroom. It was very loud and smelled heavily of marijiana at all hours. We ended up leaving and going to a hotel for the remainder of our trip.
