Fully Remodeled Duplex 15 minutes to Downtown Denver or the mountains. 2 minutes to downtown Arvada. Great restaurants and breweries just minutes away! This 3 bedroom unit has 5 beds and two blow up beds if needed! Beer pong Golf with corn hole and a covered patio. This is an amazing part of town and very peaceful. Putters green and covered patio in the back make this the perfect chill spot to keep you entertained! Please enjoy Colorado in this sweet location and relax in STYLE!!!!

Old Town Arvada. Olde Town Arvada centers on Olde Town Square, where the Sunday Farmers` Market takes place from June to September. Quaint shops sell handmade pottery and crystal jewelry, while craft breweries and taverns draw night owls. Dining options range from burgers and pizza to Tex-Mex specials and Asian cuisine. Near leafy Mcilvoy Park, the Arvada Historical Society hosts kids` history programs in an Edwardian house.

Please take care of towels and linens. You may wash them during your stay or leave them for our cleaning crew upon check-out. Stained items will be charged.

🛋️ Rule #5: Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.

💲 Rule #6: There is a cleaning fee for the property.

🐾 Rule #7: Non-disclosure of pets will result in a non-refundable $200 fee.

🔐 Rule #8: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property:

Do not share the property’s access code.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

📶 Rule #9: Do not change the Wi-Fi username or password.
Any violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

⏰ Rule #10: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Please notify us if you need early or late check-in.
Upon arrival, inspect the property and report any damage or issues immediately.

🐕 Rule #11: If you have a pet, please clean up after it. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

🔥 Rule #12: Please close the propane tank after using the BBQ grill or fire table. (Disregard if not applicable.) Failure to do so may incur extra charges.

🚽 Rule #13: Only flush toilet paper and human waste. Other items may clog the toilet and result in penalties.

📺 Rule #14: Use your own streaming service credentials on the smart TVs. There is no cable or local channels.

♨️ Rule #15: No lotions, creams, makeup, or food in the hot tub. (Disregard if no hot tub.) Violations will incur a $50 fee.

🧼 Please leave the property as you found it:

Load and start the dishwasher.

Dispose of garbage.

Clean up any messes.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very easy for us to be here with our infant daughter using her pack-and-play as there was plenty of room next to several of the beds. Communication with the host was 10/10 great. They generously accommodated us and were very quick to reply to my questions. We’ll definitely be back to say in the future!

Great Stay

Our stay was great. The only complaints we had, which were very minor was the propane tank for the fire table was empty. We did find one with some in it on the grill, but it was just an inconvenient e to change it out. Also, the room with the king bed did not allow any room for luggage and the closet wouldn’t open in one side. Otherwise we had a great time. It was clean and the putt putt was a hit!

Not as listed

The house is pretty, however, it is NOT as listed. There aren’t 3 beds in two of the three rooms as listed and there aren’t two beds in the “common area” either. It is listed with a Firepit and grill option. Neither worked since there wasn’t a propane tank with any propane on the entire property. There were broken patio chairs, a dishwasher that wasn’t attached to the counter at all, water and ice were broken on the fridge, and ring light cameras that were constantly making noise and turning on. There were also no cups and no washcloths on property

We had a comfortable stay. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had all of the basic necessities. A few items need some fixing (lamp, sofa, shower curtain rod). We planned to grill; however, the tank was empty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will come again.

Family vacation

There was lots of room for our family of 4. There were a few things that we wished we had: propane for the grill, there were no kitchen towels, the backyard that we were very excited for needed to be cleaned before we could enjoy it lots of trash and leaves. The fence was broken allowing the next door dog and kid to be able to stick their heads and almost their body into the yard. The couch was broken and made it hard to sit. We wanted to clean up while staying but there was nothing to clean dishes or counters or table tops the broom and dust pan were awful! The communication with Kristi was AWESOME we had a little hiccup at the start of check in and she went above and beyond to help us fix it and to insure we had a place to stay! She did a great job talking to us and making sure we arrived safely! Overall the house has great potential and once we picked up the yard we enjoyed every night we stayed outside! The boys enjoyed the golf course and driving their toys cars on the golf course! We definitely would stay again with the minor tweaks!

Good, needs some fixing

The good: Enough beds, lots of pillows blankets and towels. Coffee filters, creamer and some coffee to get you started. Thank goodness! Lots of pillows and blankets! Shampoo & conditioner stocked Decent location close driving distance to Arvada The areas that need work: Couch is broken Porch lights don’t work Living room ceiling lights don’t work Coffee table that’s a game is broken No potholders in the kitchen Pans are scratched, handles wobbly and generally not a well stocked kitchen for a weeks stay. Dishwasher isn’t screwed in place so racks slide out when open and full. Carpet stained and overall slightly dated furniture, art etc. Hosts were communicative and friendly.

Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home

Everything was spotless and the backyard is private and peaceful. Great to have driveway parking. It was only my wife and me, but there are lots of beds so would be great for a family vacation. Would love to stay again.

Not a Dream-sadly

We booked a stay that was originally listed as a six bedroom 2 bathroom house.(my search filter was only for 2+ bathroom houses) When we arrived the house was three bedroom and one bath. Looking at the listing again, it was changed after booking to show three bedrooms one bath. (I have screenshots showing my search and reservation) when I contacted the property manager it took a day or two to get a response. He was supposed to contact VRBO and get back to me and never did. Although the inside of the house was clean, the yard was not kept up, long grass and weeds. The putting greens in the backyard were covered with leaves and debris, and the trash cans were full. When we arrived there were towels in the dryer and dishes in the dishwasher. Be aware the room with the king size bed is small with not much room to move around and there was very minimal space to keep clothes and/or suitcases. The other two bedrooms were spacious. The space was small, but it worked for the short amount of time we were there. If you only had two or three people, the space would work, it just didn’t work for our family of 5 vacation, especially when we were expecting and requesting two bathrooms.

Extremely happy with our stay. The inside of the house was extremely clean and provided exactly what we needed. I would have provided 5 stars in ALL categories but there was a huge pile of garbage on the street that was never picked up our entire 7 days (even after I reached out to the owners). Memorial Day

The location was great for being close to the soccer fields. The numerous parks in the area were a great addition to the stay. The City of Arvada has great open space plans

Perfect for all are needs

Three of us stayed here for work plenty of room and everything you’re doing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to partake too much of that golf stuff in the backyard, but still drilled and had a wonderful time would recommend this place to anybody
