Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is plenty of room for a family of five in this completely updated with new interior and interior design. We also have new patio furniture that will accommodate the guest upon booking. The property is very centrally located in Denton so just about everything from UNT, TWU, and downtown Denton in close proximity. There are also many parks that are in very close driving distance as well.

No communication with host/ needed cleaned

We had the home booked for a week, but did leave 2 days early due to other obligations. The host only communicated with us 1st day with check in info. I texted several times throughout week and he never replied- even when I informed him we left early. The house is cute but needed the baseboards and floors cleaned badly! There were no bath towels in one bath- but found them still in dryer so I folded them myself. The outside trash can was half filled up when we arrived so it smelled horrible outside. It had obviously been there awhile before we checked in. Overall, the home was nice and met our needs- but lack of communication was not appreciated.

Clean, Comfortable and Kind

Our travel got a little crazy due to some last-minute changes, Richard was very accommodating and even met us at the property to ensure that we arrived safely and got in the property quickly. Throughout the trip, we had a question from time to time, and Richard was quick to respond and happy to accommodate.The property is nicer than most in the area, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this to anyone. There’s a nice little office area as well.

Very nice home and quiet neighborhood

The home was clean and tidy. Everything was as described. The garage was a plus due to the storms during our stay. The host communicated well when we contacted him. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds comfortable, enjoyed living room. Thermostat was different, either hot or cold. Overall stay good but would have enjoyed fireplace if we had the key to it. Says sleeps 7 but only dishes for 4.

Super cute older home and VERY quiet

What a pleasure to be able to stay here. The house was as described and we immediately felt at home. The house was nicely updated and the location was fantastic as it was less than 10 minutes from the cutest little downtown square with access to great restaurants and night life. The rooms were well appointed, the beds were super comfy and I loved being able to park the car in the garage as we did have some severe weather during our stay. The neighborhood is older however don't let that stop you from staying here! The neighborhood homes and yards are very well kept and the house is SUPER quiet! We had a terrible thunderstorm roll through on our second night and we didn't even hear it! Great communication with the host. Will definitely stay here again when in the Denton area.

Host Unclear on the Concept

We -- 4 adults 65+ yrs old -- selected this house to be close to a family member we were visiting. We stayed for 4 nights. The house met that standard. However, the fridge stopped working and the owner did not fix it. Then they brought in tree removal crews to cut down 3 trees in the front yard. Think chain saw noise and flying wood chips, limbs dropping near you as you enter and leave the property. Sawdust and wood chips hitting your rental car. Also, there was a scarcity of basic necessities: only 3 cups, 3 wine glasses, kitchen poorly equipped. Toilets malfunctioned. Owner was not sympathetic. On day 3, he offered to refund final day if we checked out right away. What and camp out in the street? Incredibly bad customer service. On final day he said he wanted us to be happy and asked what he could do to make it right!!! I think he realized we'd be giving him a bad review and wanted to buy us off. Too late for that!
