Perfect Family or multi family Getaway!

Looking for a place like home to stay in Denton in a quite county setting? Look No Further!!! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck with the wonderful views each morning. Grill on the deck while the kids enjoy the hot tub! There is a stocked pond on the property for catch and release fishing for the whole family. This would be a great family getaway from the city but still close to all the amenities of town.

This beautiful, newly renovated home sits on 26 acres just outside of Denton, TX. The home just underwent a huge renovation and no expense or detail was spared. Sleep on Luxurious linens, enjoy a chef's style kitchen, or relax in the cozy living room. The outdoor area is not to be missed! Enjoy a brand new hot tub, gas grill, and deck with amazing views. The owner really poured her heart and soul into this place and I know that you will enjoy an amazing vacation here.

The Living Area and Kitchen are set up perfect to enjoy the entire family. The Dining Area sets 10 people easily.

The Beds are so comfortable with High Quality Linens for a great night's rest. Relaxation is definitely key at the house.

Spacious and so comfortable. Pool was a great treat as it was 104 a couple of days. Will stay again. Highly recommend. Location is great, feel like you are in the country, but close to mostly everything.

The house is huge and there’s lots of room to spread out. Master bed mattress needs to be replaced

The view from the house is beautiful. The property sits on a hill that overlooks Denton County. Our family was in Denton for a funeral and the weather was extremely cold so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and hot tub.

Country Living Near the City

We enjoyed an early Thanksgiving at the Dry Fork Ranch with our Texas family and friends. Not only was the property very accommodating when cooking and prepping Thanksgiving dinner, there was plenty of seating and gave me all the Holiday feel with two decorated Christmas trees! We absolutely loved our stay and the beautiful “country” sunsets that was suprisingly minutes to our friends and shopping! Thank you for sharing this home. I will be planning another stay here!

Awesome View

We all loved the property. We are all seniors so there was a couple of issues in the hall bath. There is a tub with no grip on the bottom and no grab bars for a senior to grab. Now there are other bathrooms in the house, but non of us should have showered in this one. Also there was no place to hang a towel. A mat on the floor would have been helpful as well. There were no issues with the other baths. It was a very good location.

Annual Best Friends Weekend

This place was a fantastic, comfortable spot for this year's best friends weekend. The quiet gave us peace like in the country, but close enough to see Dallas / Ft Worth activities. Definitely would stay here again if we head this direction.

Base of operations

We were in town for a wedding. Our kids loved the pool. We loved sitting out back in the morning drinking coffee. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room. We brought the grandparents there for the night when they needed to leave the wedding. Minor issues related to a storm and power outage were handled promptly.

Best Graduation ever...

All of our guests commented on how nice the property looked, well decorated and pefect location. The weather was not ideal. We lost power for a couple of hours. But we made the best of situation and had a blast anyway.

Best Sunsets Anywhere!

Very large ranch-style house with King beds. Huge dining room table to seat the entire family. The home was decorated for Christmas which was great. We used the propane grill which was clean and worked well. We used the fire pit on several occasions. The sunsets were golden!

Comfy and clean!

This house was a great place to host our small family gathering this year. Location was nice… not too terribly far away from the DFW area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Many commented that it felt like we were at one of our own family members house. Just super cozy! The swimming pool was absolutely amazing. We occupied it all day every day. The kitchen was missing a few items and actually the coffee maker did not work properly. I contacted the owners and within minutes they responded and had someone at the house within 30 minutes to bring us a new coffee maker. She also went to the store and purchased a few items like mixing bowls Measuring cups and measuring spoons because there were none at the house. They really went above and beyond for us we were very pleased with our stay! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful Big Texas House and Property!

We were in Texas for a wedding in June. This rental property was large enough for our whole family of 11 adults and kids. The beautiful pool and vies out in the back will take your breath away. The inside is spacious, clean,,and offers many amenities to ensure you have practically everything you need. We will definitely come back for the next family wedding!
