We have stayed five days there, it is nice and cosy place it has got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food, I haven’t liked that the check - in starts at 3pm but when you need to check - out is very early, at 10 am, I understand it is policy, but bare it in mind if you travel from far, you might want to book more days, also there was no sitting area outside, like at least plastic chairs or something similar if you want to enjoy the view, we have cought not so cold weather maybe this why the heating was not working (there was small electirc one, not enough for all the area) Overall we enjoyed much as we were exploring the area, would reccomend and come back there again.

We contacted the owner 4 weeks in advance to ask for a cut and a high chair, got told it was not a problem and both would be present on arrival. When we arrived with our 6 months old son, nothing was prepared for us, we had to let him sleep between us even know he never does that. We had to buy our own travel cut for our son to sleep in. The heat was turned off when we arrived late, and there where no emergency number, the first night was freezing cold. I got a hold of a rude employee the next morning and got told, she did not know when the heat could be turned on. After a few hours somebody came and turned on the heat. The place was dusty and not clean, we had to do extra cleaning to make it nict to stay there. We are never going to book this place again, and I would recommend everyone else to find another place to book too

I hoped for a better experience but sadly we had issues with the property. The surrounding area was okay but the cabin (trailer) had some issues. When we arrived, the key was already in the door which was odd but not terrible. Only when we went to check out, did I realize why. The lock box would not open so we left the key in the door like before. The kitchen was missing a couple items so we purchased them ourselves (sponge and all purpose cleaner). The heat would not come on any of the base boards although the hot water was good. The cabin was clean but a bit dated (not the worst thing). Sadly that includes the gas stove which I was not comfortable using the oven on. This did not allow us to use the place in the manor we hoped to help save money by making dinners. Also the refrigerator kept freezing all the food we bought; even with it on the lowest setting. We were supplied only two towels for the stay and there old clothes in one of the closets. Sadly the mattress was older and uncomfortable. On a minor note, the tv in the bedroom deemed to have fallen off the wall because we found it in the closet with the wall mount attached. If there certain ways to use these things, i wish they were in the welcome book. I do feel that this could be a good property if the small issues are addressed and they include WiFi so we could email them with any concerns. I hate leaving a poor review but I need to be honest.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza
Location was nice, cooker had mismatched knobs, ignitor on cooker did not work so we had to eat out, no instructions on how the heating worked, only heated we had was in the lounge, there is no wifi on sight, a lot of holes in walls where stuff had been removed, when we arrived the bathroom floor was very wet, we run out of hot water the day before we left and no idea how to fix this issue, we also could not find any staff on site to help with these issues.
