Located on quiet private way yet centrally located and
close to everything!

Typical Cape Cod Cottage in beautiful Dennisport in the heart of
Cape Cod! Situated 6/10th of a mile from the warm water of the
Nantucket Sound south side beaches (Depot St. Beach, Sea St. Beach,
and Inman Beach (which has no stairs!!). Within walking distance
of many shops, restaurants (gourmet restaurants, casual restaurants,
breakfast, ice cream, etc.) Bennys, Ocean State Job Lot, Tedesci's, 7 11
Pantry, Pizza Parlor, Kreme n Cone, Sundae School (ice cream parlor) mini
golf, bumper cars, antique shops,library, laundry center, much much more!!



This 2 bedroom cottage just renovated.. Very bright
and very clean. The front door opens to the cathedral ceiling living
room, dining area. WIFI, flat screen color tv with cable

Two private bedrooms are on either side of the living/
dining area. 1st has 1 QUEEN size bed, air conditioner, flat screen color tv with
cable. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (1 with pullout trundle), air conditioner, flat screen color tv with cable & dvd player.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher,
stove with
oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker and Keurig Machine, Pots, Pans,
Utensils, Plates, Cups, Glasses, etc.
Just about anything you would need. No problems enjoying lobsters
and steamers here!!

The back door opens from the fully equipped kitchen to the private
fenced back yard with a sunlit outside shower (with hot &
cold water), gas grill, grill utensil set, patio set and clothes line.

Also included are beach chairs, beach cooler, beach toys, sand buckets
and shovels.

This relaxing home has two bedrooms, one full bathroom plus outside shower.

Great week on the Cape

Location of property was great. Within walking distance of many great restaurants. Wee packet was our favorite. The cottage was well maintained and comfortable for our family of 4. Bathroom was on the small side but the outdoor shower came in handy and was very refreshing. We have been to the Cape the past 5 years but this cottage and Dennis Port were by far our favorite. favorite.

Cute Cottage

Cottage is perfect size for a couple or two. About a 15 minute walk to the ocean. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Quiet area. This was our 2nd stay at this cottage and we will be back!

Wonderful!

My husband and I retired to NC 13 years ago. While residing in Ma our entire lives, we spent 20 years vacationing on the bay side. This year, to celebrate our 40th anniversary, we decided to return to the Cape and step out of our comfort zone and rent Marie’s home in Dennisport. Best decision we could have made. Her cottage was perfect for us. Centrally located for both sides of the Cape. Looking forward to celebrating our 41st next year! Thanks Marie for a wonderful visit.

Great spot but needs some attention

We love this neighborhood, this is our 3rd year in this complex but first at this specific cottage. Beds are comfy and there’s plenty of space for 2-4 adults. But the space overall needs a little attention. The yard was overgrown so we couldn’t use it other than the patio. Bed mattress cover was dirty, had stains and hair, and bathroom and kitchen had overall grime. Spent the first morning cleaning and then it was fine. Overall big things were generally clean (clean sink/toilet etc) but it seems like it’s been a while since there was a deep clean and/or that a lot of areas have been ignored for a while. With a little spruce this is a great spot.

Just got back from a month at Marie's - terrific cottage in a small, peaceful complex steps from Dennisport center and many great restaurants and beaches. Beautifully remodeled, with all the amenities you could hope for. Am counting the days until my 2022 month long stay. Thank you, Marie

Adorable and convenient cottage

The cottage is adorable! The property and cottage were neat and clean. It was just me and my husband this trip, but it would be great if we'd had our kids with us too. There is a pool on the property, and it's a pretty quick walk to a very nice public beach(about 20 minutes at a leisurely pace). Most attractions in the area had closed down for the season, but during the summer there are plenty of shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and mini golf courses within walking distance. The patio out back was nice, though it was too chilly for us for most of this trip to enjoy it for too long. There was cable and streaming on the TVs and there were also some books and games available. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and a full size fridge. The bathroom is pretty small,but being it was just the two of us it was fine. We have three teenagers, so we would probably upgrade to one of the bigger units if we came with them. There is just a single stall shower, no bathtub which again was fine for us but might be an issue if you have small children who aren't ready for the shower. Overall a great value for the price. Lovely and quiet area.

The cottage.

143 Depot Street was truly a home away from home. All but two days the Sun was in our court. I wanted to revisit Wellfleet in the sand dunes as well as experiencing them with my granddaughter. From there we went to Chatham seeing the beach

Lovely Cape cottage

We enjoyed our week at this cottage on Cape Cod. The cottage is well kept and furnished. The owner also provided a number of essentials (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper), which was nice. Dennis Port offers a number of great things to do. There are several restaurants and ice cream parlors in walking distance. We also enjoyed miniature golfing at Holiday Hill and the Cap'n and Kids fishing charter designed for children. A day trip to Boston with a stop in Plymouth was part of our trip. The beaches are lovely - we had a friend who lived in walking distance of the beach and offered his driveway to park. This helped us avoid the high parking fees ($25-30 a day) for the beach. Thanks for sharing your cottage!

Perfect Cape Cottage!

This cottage was recently renovated so it was extra clean and neat. It was plenty big for our family of four with 2 bedrooms and 2 showers (outside shower was spectacular!) There’s a great community pool and it’s a short walk to a few restaurants and Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor. The only drawback for us with younger kids was that it’s not a short walk to the beach. But the beach is definitely close enough to do a drop off and then adult walk if necessary. We would definitely recommend this spot for a fun Cape vacation.

Beautiful house! Close to beach and restaurants.

The pictures don’t do the home justice. There have been many updates to the house and yard. Very cozy and comfortable. Half mile walk to beaches, and even shorter walk to restaurants. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every minute. Already booked for next year!!
