Experience all Dennis Port has to offer - Your 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the beach is also steps away from fine dining and close to family fun activities like mini-golf, boating & fishing. Stroll right out your door to the private beach located mere steps away. Relax with your morning coffee as you soak in the sunshine. Enjoy fun-filled days in the sand and surf. From the moment you arrive you will know you are 'home' . Accommodations include; a fireplaced living room, granite countertops in the kitchen, a gas stove top & many other conveniences such as full fridge and dishwasher. In your bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed, TV and a washer/dryer. The living room sofa can also be used for a restful sleep. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, one off the kitchen and one connected to the bedroom.
Please note: pool and hot tub on property will not be available for the 2022 season. Shared grill in common area. No outside shower available at this property and no oven.
Unit is on the second floor of the complex, stairs are required

Perfect Getaway

This was a great property with a great hostess! We have been going to Cape Cod for more than 30 years but usually in a different area. This beautifully updated condo on the water in Dennisport was perfect for the two of us. It's clean, well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen for a breakfast, lunch and even a dinner in. An in room washer/dryer was helpful! Walking distance to some great resetuarants - Ocean House was delicious and beautiful, Beach Bar was open in the evenings for a fun night out, Wee Packet about a mile away for a friendly breakfast or lunch! This was a great experience and we will definitely do it again here!

Wonderful Stay!

The pictures don't do justice to this property. This was an immaculate, tastefully decorated, peaceful retreat. We had everything we needed. Tara was easy to reach the entire time, and it was obvious to us that she truly cares about her guests. We would definitely return here and recommend it to others!

This property is adorable!

My husband and I had the best weekend at this little gem in Dennisport! The condo is very clean and decorated very well. Comfy bed and the owner was awesome! The small private beach was perfect I give it a 10 all around!

This property is in a great location . Extremely clean and newly renovated. Highly recommend staying at this listing. The restaurant next door ocean is absolutely amazing too!

Great little spot

Tara was a wonderful host! Accommodations were cute and quaint right next to the water. The ocean resturant next door is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Make sure to make reservations. Overall great weekend stay! Hopefully we will be back in the future!!

Beautiful Place - Great Location

This condo unit has use of a private beach, pool and hot tub (closed due to Covid), and outdoor grill (all shared with the rest of the condo complex). The unit is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are immaculate and gorgeous. We were very pleased.

CONDO IS ON SECOND FLOOR

The information about this condo is missing one piece of important information--it is located on the second floor...accessible only by an uncovered, outdoor stairway. We are seniors and this was a big problem. We returned home after one week of our two week vacation. Also the pool is not open and the only comfortable chair is in the bedroom. The condo itself appears to be recently renovated and is very nice with high-end tile, flooring, and appliances.

Exactly as described!

We had a great time, it was a great location, exactly as described. Communication between owner and us couldn't have been better. Anything that was needed was provided. Don't hesitate to book......you won't be disappointed.

The best Cape Cod vacation rental!

It was our best Cape Cod vacation rental. Extremely close to the private beach. Just a few steps and you are embraced by the sea breeze. The condo apartment is cozy, clean and fresh. Everything you need is at hand. Tara (the owner of this rental) is amazing and very responsible person. She care about everything to make her guests be happy. Would definitely recommend this gem to our friends. Looking forward to next summer season. See you, Tara!
