  • ESTA PROPIEDAD ALQUILA EL SÁBADO HASTA EL SÁBADO. DEBE RESERVAR EN INCREMENTOS DE 7 NOCHES.
    Esta propiedad frente al mar tiene vistas increíbles desde la terraza de la azotea y vistas hermosas pero parcialmente (ver fotos) obstruidas desde la sala de estar. Para la temporada 2019, una puerta deslizante de gran tamaño que mira directamente al océano mejora aún más las vistas. Además, todo el interior ha sido pintado de arriba a abajo. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, uno en el nivel inferior con baño con ducha. Cocina reformada. El acceso a una playa privada compartida está a solo un corto paseo por el paseo marítimo. La habitación inferior tiene aire acondicionado incorporado. Las características incluyen pisos de madera, internet inalámbrico, un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas y una parrilla de gas. También hay un DVD, lavavajillas, microondas, lavadora y secadora, terraza con mesa y sillas en el patio, parrilla y tumbonas. Hay otra propiedad situada en parte al frente (ver fotos) y a la derecha de la casa.

This is the perfect getaway both in the home and the area around it. The house was the perfect size for the four of us, clean and within walking (and driving) distance for many places. While you do lose the beach during high tide, the view is still incredible. You will not be disappointed.

The house was steps to the private beach, and offered amazing views of the water. The house was clean. The bedrooms were just as described. However, not well described was the fact that two hours before and after high tide the beach completely disappears twice per 24 hours, making the useable private beach limited. Additionally, the basement bedroom was so musty that it was impossible to sleep down there the first two nights, the smell was too strong. Running the AC unit and opening the windows helped but if you wanted a three bedroom house you would be disappointed upon check in.

But there are two public beaches within walking distance.

The house itself is spacious with all the amenities including a rooftop deck with amazing views. It was very quiet providing all the ocean sounds one can expect being oceanfront.

We literally had to walk right out our back door. It made it easy to go down to the beach a few times during the day and walking back to the house was very convenient. We had one minor issue and that was taken care of right away. We are from Calif and want to go every other year to the East Coast and hope we can get this house again.

Beautiful week in September

Main floor of house was just right for us. Beach was small; gone at high tide, but no problem as high tide was in the afternoon & an hour later every day. Local rental agents helpful/excellent. Only issues were: (1) living area AC needed servicing, & (2) lower level was miserable (2 adults slept there). Dark, damp & musty & no useable closet. Free-standing AC/dehumidifier not working properly down there; but, to be fair, we didn’t call agent about it except to request batteries for its remote. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Another great stay on Old Wharf Rd

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year renting at this great location. We love this property and the details are all accurate in the listing. It's listed as 'partial ocean view' because there is another house in front, but honestly- it feels like you are right there, you'll hear the waves crash all night. We rent as a family of four and have plenty of space. The kitchen is not fancy, but its big enough to prepare meals and has everything we'd need- including some kid friendly dishes.You also have access to a two car garage which was super handy to store our bikes and any beach stuff during rain. There are plenty of sand toys in the garage and if you are tight on space, don't bring your own- they'll be something there for you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting in this area for many years and have stayed in multiple homes and have enjoyed each stay. The location of this rental was great (although, at high tide there was no beach as the water came right to the wall). However, for the price of this rental I feel it really needed updating. While we were there the toilet in the lower level stopped working and was leaking. A window in the main bathroom upstairs literally fell out of the house onto the street! The house overall had a musty smell as well. We would love to rent again but unfortunately would not rent this particular property again.

Great location with rooftop deck

Overall had a good stay. The weather wasn't the greatest but we made the best of it. The rooftop deck is the highlight of the house for sure. Plenty of space for my family decent kitchen and 65 inch TV was a plus Great view of the ocean from the living room. Id stay again.
