  • This bright and beachy home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and central air conditioning throughout. First floor features open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, beautiful countertops and backsplash and seating for those who want to give the chef company. Modern and comfortable dining room and living room, complete with large TV, perfect for those non-beach days! Rounding out the first floor, is the primary bedroom with queen-sized bed, and bathroom (no tub) with laundry. The second level includes the 2 twin bedroom, a full size bathroom, and king suite. For those who are still working remotely, this king suite offers a beautiful spot to put your laptop and look out the window. Backyard patio off the dining room is a great feature! Relaxing seating around the table, patio umbrella and gas grill. Home also has an enclosed outdoor shower.

    This home is a great spot for those who like to ride bikes! With a very short walk/ride, you can access the Cape Cod Rail Trail, which covers most towns on Cape Cod. Take the kids on the trail and look for cranberry bogs, ponds, swimming spots and enjoy the scenic spot on the cape! Take a short hike to the nearby cranberry bog off Depot Street or grab some kayaks and go to the nearby pond. Home is also nearby Devil's Purse Brewery, First Crush Winery, bike rentals at Dennis Cycle Center and is a quick drive to many beaches and ponds!

Dennis for 4th of July

Beautiful home! It appears to be brand new. Every room was immaculate, bright and airy. The kitchen was well stocked. My husband and I travelled to the northern Dennis beaches, so I can't speak to the proximity to southern Dennis beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and son and laws had the entire upstairs with a King bed and our 2 grandchildren had their own room. Lots of room. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Reviewer Comments: The stay was perfect, i have three young children and it was close to local stores and west dennis beach. the property was clean- there were a few random things (socks in the drawer, clothes in the closet) that i hadn't dealt with in other rentals but didn't deter our experience. we also knew we were going out one of the nights and left the outside lights on until we got home and one of the neighbors did make a comment about that which was also unexpected but. overall a really good stay. i'd recommend. (i would recommend to the rental owners a dust pan- i did try to clean up with the broom before we left and couldn't find a pan and the vacuum suction wasn't the best.)

Dennisport Condex - Summer 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very nice (relatively new house), problem w/the smoke detectors ringing was quickly addressed by Murray staff. Appreciated the large flat screen TVs in every bedroom plus living room. Nice outdoor back deck w/table and 6 chairs w/a nice gas grill. A few suggestions- need a coffee pot bigger than a hotel room sized pot plus hooks in the bathrooms and outdoor shower for towels. Could use a 2nd trash barrel - having just one that can only hold 3 trash bags could be tough if you had a family staying in the house for a week. Both bathrooms had in ceiling fans that ran 24 hrs a day, couldn’t be shut off, noisy(esp at night while trying to sleep) and annoying. Driveway was tough to get out of due to configuration of cul de saac, had to back up into neighbors driveway to exit. Garage wasn’t usable for parking due to lots of owners property left inside both sides of garage.

Very Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, adult son, and I enjoyed our stay at 549 Center Street #3. The house is a new build, one of 4 houses set in a circle off Center Street. It is quite close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, but requires crossing a busy street with no shoulder. As it is a new house, it was clean and well appointed with modern bathrooms and kitchen, nice appliances (loved the washer and dryer), and 2-zone a/c. It also had three large flat-screen televisions and a nice deck. Like many tech workers, my son spent his days working and the large upstairs bedroom offered a small desk and chair where he could set up a work space and close the door for privacy. (I'm surprised more vacation rentals don't offer a similar work space.) Unexpected bonuses were an electric tea kettle, pretty fleur-de-lis floor tile in the upstairs bathroom, and two light-up walk-in closets (a great place for children to play, I imagine). The only negatives were limited parking (and no street parking), close proximity to the neighbors, no instructions provided for operating the tv's and grill, and a surprisingly small coffee maker! Overall, we had a very pleasant time and enjoyed our stay at this property.
