  • This roomy four bedroom, 2 bath home sleeping 8 is in close proximity to both Dennis golf and beaches. The home has hard wood floors throughout and an ample sized sunny deck with patio table, umbrella and chairs. Second level bonus playroom with lots of toys, games and puzzles for children. Amenities include a/c units in all bedrooms. Also included is a first floor washer and dryer, dishwasher, and WIFI. Outside you will find both gas and charcoal grills and an enclosed shower.

    Notable area restaurants and attractions include the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cinema, the Cape Cod Museum of Art, Scargo Cafe, Grumpy's cafe for delicious corned beef hash, the Underground Bakery, and the Marshside for water view dining.

Great vacation rental!

It is in a great neighborhood and the area is great for walking, running or biking. The price is good as well.

There was a large deck with 2 umbrellas and lounge chairs. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We had a wonderful time and recommend it highly. The house was also in a great location- close to beaches, restaurants and stores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very spacious and has everything you need. It’s located in a great neighborhood with friendly people. It has a nice back yard with a good size deck with lots of seating and includes a nice outdoor cooking area. The only problems are a smelly basement which could use some damp rid and the upstairs ceiling are low. All in all it’s a nice, clean place for large family to stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was great, plenty of room. My kids loved all the toys and games. The only issue we had was there seemed to be very little cleaning between renters. There was stains on 2 mattress pads we had to wash and an empty bag of chips under 1 bed.

Golf is right around the corner literally and location to other attractions. On a quiet road off the main roads. Would do it again for sure.

A REAL VALUE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is well suited for a family with small kids. We were 4 adults and 2 children under 5. The attic bedroom/playroom was well stocked with toys and gave my grandchildren hours of fun. The house was a quick ride to Mayflower or Corporation beach which are beautifully clean and calm. Refreshing as our vacation temps were in the 90’s. The house very well stocked with everything you could think of and an outdoor shower and porch that was a nice added feature. I do not think you could ask more for price. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that I wish there had been central air. It happened to be a very hot week and there were only two window units for two bedrooms so we spent most of our house there. The town of Dennis itself is amazing. I haven’t haven’t good this good in ages. We visited Sprago, Fin, and Pheasant which were more than I could have expected. Finn, was especially good! We were very impressed. I really don’t like the star rating since you have to take into account what you get for the money and everyone’s expectation is different. My next visit will likely be something larger, and closer to the beach.
