  • Perched overlooking the shimmering waters of Cape Cod Bay, this stunning three-story residence offers a premier vacation experience in the heart of Dennis. This unique property consists of two beautifully integrated units rented together, providing the perfect balance of shared gathering spaces and private quarters for up to twelve guests. Located just steps from deeded access to the private association at Bayview Beach and a short stroll to the iconic white sands of Mayflower Beach, this is the ultimate destination for large families or group getaways.

    The second floor serves as the impressive social hub of the home, featuring a bright, open floor plan that flows seamlessly from the gourmet kitchen into a spacious family room anchored by a cozy fireplace. The expansive deck extends your living space outdoors, offering an idyllic setting for entertaining, sunset cocktails, or simply breathing in the salty bay air. Each of the three levels is thoughtfully equipped with its own bathroom for maximum convenience.

    Sleeping arrangements are spread across the levels to ensure everyone has their own sanctuary. The third floor is dedicated to luxury, featuring two primary suites that each boast their own private balconies with elevated water views. The lower level provides four additional well-appointed bedrooms, including a versatile mix of king, queen, twin, and bunk beds to accommodate various guest needs. After a day in the surf, you can enjoy the classic Cape Cod tradition of a refreshing outdoor shower.

    Modern comforts abound with central air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen ready for summer feasts. Please note that these are 2 separate condos that do not have an inside door connecting them.
    Dogs considered with an added fee. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee in the off season. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Extraordinary Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property provided the perfect location and accommodations for our family, which included three generations. Multiple levels, gave us enough room for personal space with plenty of opportunities to create family memories. The deck was an easy way for three oldest grandchildren to visit each other. Proximity to the beach was a great benefit of this property. Many mornings the parking lot was full at 9am. This was the perfect vacation spot, and we look forward to vacationing here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting the whole house and again we had a wonderful family vacation. It has plenty of room, location is perfect, beach is wonderful. We were happy to see that the screens were fixed and new chairs added to the dining area. Also great to have beach chairs available.

The location is unbeatable, right on bayview beach (you do need to cross through the parking lot to get to the beach but that’s not an issue). We had 11 people staying at the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house’s overall condition has deteriorated over the past year with several window screens missing or broken which prevent you from keeping the windows open as bugs will come in. additionally when we checked in there were ants all over the kitchen and fruit flies which required us to do extra cleaning. The home is up for sale now so we guessed the current owners weren’t looking to invest any additional dollars prior to selling the home. That being said, Dennis is a beautiful town and this house is a great place to stay and make home base for one week while exploring the cape.

We reported problems right away: screens needing replacement, cracked window, broken outside umbrella. Last year there were more beach chairs. This was a truly awesome property! It was beautifully furnished with a modern kitchen. The view of the Bay is truly amazing and loved just walking a few steps to the beach! We all want to return to this home again and wished we had more time! Met the owner and he was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
