Snowater Condo #57 - 2-Story Family Condo - Sleeps 6 - Wi-Fi - Close to Community Amenities.
This standard 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse-style condo is a great place to stay! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 1-set of standard-sized bunk beds and 1-queen sized bed, a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, plus a small balcony overlooking the well-maintained common area grounds. The 2nd floor features a loft primary bedroom with 1 queen sized bed, 1 full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Wi-Fi / NO Smoking / NO Pets

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.

Non working appliances

Dishwasher was leaking into basement condo. The property called us and told us to stop using so we had no dishwasher the entire stay. The . The washing machine had an error code so we couldn’t was our clothes. With all the fees the property added onto the rental it was not worth the price. Having the amenities that we needed to have comfortable stay not working. Also one of the pools was out of service so we could not use and we still had to pay the fees as if it was all up and running. When we got to property to check in the stairs were not shoveled and a house keeper came to our door to collect what looked like personal laundry from the dryer. She showed up after we had checked in around 5:30 PM. I would not recommend this property. With all the extra fees I feel like the appliances should work and the pools should be in service and our stairs should have been shoveled The management did not even apologize or compensate for the fact we had no dishwasher.

Great getaway to the mountain

One of the first properties outside of the Mt. Baker National Forest. Great nature and a nice place to stay. The updated appliances in the kitchen are nice, however only 2 can cook at a time. A very nice little space and exactly what we were looking for to hang out. There's a 24"-ish TV which is good for playing games while sitting at the table. Was great being able to walk along the river a very short walk away!

Snowater ski condo

We spent 4 nights here over Thanksgiving break. The condo was clean and orderly, best feature is it’s location to skiing at Mt Baker, 25 minute drive! Space is tight and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Be sure to bring any condiments or spices you may want, nothing included. For us the wi-fi worked fine. Would have liked a larger tv, it’s very small and the 2nd bedroom is not really a bedroom, no closet or window. Overall if you are focused on a clean place to stay that is close to the ski area, and you don’t mind too much for “extras”, this is a winner.

Hi, we enjoyed visiting this condo at Snowater. Overall the experience was good. The directions were easy to follow, the home was clean and comfortable and the use of the pool facilities was awesome. The two minor points that could be improved on was the coffee pot was not cleaned for us when we arrived, and there were some spider webs in the upstairs bathroom. While the bathroom itself looked clean on the surface, that made us question when it was last actually cleaned, maybe the unit hadn't been used recently. Other those two minor inconveniences it was a great stay.
