Mt. Baker Rim - Cabin #70 - A 2-story, 2-bedroom + Loft, Pet-Friendly Riverside Family Vacation Home With a Hot Tub, WI-FI, and A/C!
Enjoy exquisite river and mountain views from this 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 3-bath riverfront family vacation home! The 1st floor features a mud/entry room, a 3/4-bath, an open kitchen/dining/living area with a dishwasher, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), a newly installed ductless air conditioner, a full-size hide-a-bed, and a separate sitting area with fabulous views. The 1st floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and its en suite 3/4-bath, plus a separate laundry area with a full-size washer/dryer. The 2nd floor features a loft area with 1-queen-sized bed, a 3/4-bath, and a master bedroom with 1-king-sized bed and a walk-out balcony. Outside the back door is a covered deck with a gas grill and a private outdoor HOT TUB! This delightful pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation home also includes an electric car charger - 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (Tesla Model 3, etc.) and will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provides FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Fun family getaway!

The time away was so much fun. The home was well appointed, cozy, and clean. The hot tub was wonderful after a day hiking and exploring by the river. We loved utilizing the nearby path to the river.

Christmas vacation

The house is set in beautiful countryside, quite magical in the snow but there was a power cut apparently this is a common occurrence. We did have firewood but left early as we had no idea when the power would return. This house has showers but no bath, there is a hot tub. There are plenty of DVD to watch as no cable, which is not a problem for us.

This property was amazing! Truly loved the location in the Mt. Baker community. Having the backyard face the river was incredible for both viewing purposes and privacy. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.

This is a very nice cabin in the woods close to lots of nature and views. Lots of room for several people. FYI the 3rd bedroom with the Queen bed does not have a door, so it's open to the rest of the house.

location and amenities, especially the covered hot tub, were great. we also had lots of space to spread out and appreciated the privacy given the cul de sac. however, the overall condition of the house was disappointing, and while management was responsive to acute concerns, the space is in desperate need of a refresh.

Great family getaway!

We had an amazing trip. The house was beautiful and well equipped with so many amenities! Their collection of board games, CDs, DVDs, laser discs, and board games were amazing. I have stayed at many rental homes and they have never been so well stocked! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook to your hearts desire. The location was perfect for any outdoor activities available in the area. I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Cabin !

The cabin was really spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend getaway. There were five in our group and everyone enjoyed their time here. The hot tub was especially nice after a day of hiking.

Winter break in Glacier

The property is great, with beautiful views out over the river. It was very easy to sleep four adults and two children, and there was plenty of space for in-cabin activities (the large dining room table is great for a puzzle). The property is near the end of a road, so there wasn't much traffic and it was very quiet. Mt. Baker is only 30 minutes away, which was quite nice! It was very easy to get up there for skiing and snowshoeing, and I would imagine it will be even easier in the summer. Overall, the property was fantastic and I'd definitely stay here again!

Happy Thanksgiving to us!

We had a wonderful stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The property was very clean and cozy. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in (and we've done VRBO for the past 12 Thanksgivings). The beds were all very comfortable, and the DVD selection was great. We enjoyed watching the Sound of Music and working on a jigsaw puzzle while cooking and chatting by the wood stove. Loved the foot path down to the riverbed too!
