Main floor
With an open floor plan this home offers a great room with soaring Tamarak ceiling heights and a floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace on the main floor, summoning you to relish the warmth that it provides during the colder months. Also, on the main floor is a large entry way, dining area, newly remodeled kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom and the master bedroom with a king size bed.

Upper floor
Upstairs provides an entertaining area in the loft with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and DVD player along with WIFI throughout the house. In addition to four bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. This home delivers the ideal amount of space for everyone.

Relax in the private Sauna and Hot Tub

Pendleton Pines Lodge also features its own private sauna (in detached building) and Hot Tub so after a long day of adventures you can come back and relax and enjoy all that it has to offer.  This lodge is highly recommended for larger groups who wish to share a good time together and create new memories.

Important Notes:

Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.

Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV and cellular service are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There's also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy:  We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.

Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.

Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away).  There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations.  Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons.  Please come prepared with provisions.

Gated Community / HOA:   About Snowline Community Club
Snowline is a private gated community that borders the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest and is one of the closest communities to the Mt. Baker Ski Area.  The community has numerous hiking trails both to Glacier and to the Nooksack River, a children's playground and kickball field.

The HOA requires gate cards for guest access, has rules for quiet hours, leash laws and a no campfire policy.   Parking is limited to the vehicles that fit in the driveway perpendicular to the road.

**Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required. Parking is not permitted on roads within the Snowline, Mt Baker Rim, and Snowater Community. Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter.**
We are required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay.
