"Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at.
Food at breakfast was very nice 👍"

"The food was fabulous and a great surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars but there was a distinct smell of fish on entering the hallway and the bar was only open when the evening meal service started. There was no chance for a drink when you came back from a long walk. Maybe it was because the hotel was not fully booked."
