Welcome to the Shark Tank! Perfect for families, groups, or anyone wanting a fun, comfortable home base, this themed stay offers spacious living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy bedrooms to help you relax after a day out. Whether you're planning beach days, exploring the area, or staying in for game night, Shark Tank sets you up for a memorable stay. This home is a 5 minute drive down Atlantic Avenue to downtown and the beach with restaurants, shops, parks, boat tours, and more locally.

Pool: The newly built deck surrounding the pool includes seating for a large number of people with Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, and a dining table giving guests the luxury to relax in privacy. The pool service comes every Monday to ensure a clean pool for all guests.

Kitchen and Living Area: The Shark Tank’s living area includes a Roku/Xfinity TV service where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services. This area includes various board games for your entertainment! The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities including a full set of pots, pans, oven pans, cutting boards, utensils, a knife set, and basic spices. There are also plates, bowls, cups, containers, silverware, a toaster, microwave, and a coffee maker.

Bedrooms: There are three total bedrooms. The Master bedroom holds a King size bed. One guest room has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two Twin size beds. There is a Queen size pullout couch in the living area and a twin size roll-away bed allowing a total of 9 guests to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has a full sized closet with a large walk-in closet in the Master bedroom.

Bathrooms: The home features two full bathrooms. One in the Master bedroom and the other adjacent to the laundry room for all guests to use. The guest bathroom also features a full tub. Both showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Parking: There is free parking in the long driveway leading up to the house as well as a designated parking area adjacent to the Shark mailbox.

Guests will have access to the entire property including the large deep pool, featuring brand new diamond bright. The fully enclosed backyard oasis is professionally landscaped featuring native plants. The off kitchen outdoor seating area features high-grade astro-turf. The newly built deck accommodates all your friends and family while relaxing by the pool. Inside the home there is high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi with boosters and a desk/workspace for your convenience. Feel free to use the laundry machines for your convenience.

If you have any questions you will receive a response within an hour.

We have all of your vacation needs including high quality beach chairs, pool floats, buckets, goggles, and a beach bag with towels for your convenience.

Any other requests will be happily considered!

*We own a few Airbnbs in the area including the one directly next door in case you would like to have a large group of people staying*

Nice Little Place in Delray Beach

This was a very nice little house tucked away in Delray Beach. The backyard was wonderful - loved the pool and spa! The living room was very comfortable.The bathrooms were surprisingly small - but it is an old house so we accommodated. The bedrooms were comfortable.The kitchen and bathrooms could have been stocked a little better. We had to go to a grocery store to buy paper towels, toilet paper, sugar and plastic wrap. One roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom wasn't enough. Also - having just Stevia in the kitchen wasn't so great.The house itself was perfectly fine - but I would just suggest that the house be stocked a little better.

Great House, Super Clean and Comfortable

Great convenience location near the main roads but still no noise. Everything linen was spotless and the kitchen was immaculate. Communication was great and I would definitely used Jarred and his properties again .

We really enjoyed staying at the Shark Tank house! Communication with the host was excellent, they were super responsive. there were extra touches like cold drinks waiting in the fridge when we got there. the house is very clean and well maintained. the neighborhood looks nice and safe. we had all we needed ready for us and really enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

Prefect getaway!

I was very impressed with all the complimentary items: coffee, snacks, water, soda, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans that’s worked four our needs. Only tricky thing was figuring out how the hot tub worked but once we did it was amazing. Kids had fun in the boat and there were chairs and beach towels available for a quick beach visit! Awesome experience with the Host as well. Very responsive and easy to work with!

Cozy Shark Tank

This 3 bedroom house was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. My 80 year old parents live near by in 2 bedroom condo and can’t host anymore. This house was perfect to host my family and have my parents come by for barbecue and pool time. The air conditioner was spot on, large driveway, clean kitchen etc. Great location to downtown Delray, parkways, and stores. The family agrees they would come here again.

SharkTank Luxury!

The cutest themed, modern, summertime vibe getaway! We all absolutely loved our stay here. The ideal location with a CVS 2 min drive away for necessities. But honestly, our host made sure we had everything you can think of - like tape and batteries - the thoughtful and unexpected. The appliances were all brand new - like - and what you think of when wanting 5 stars.. Besides convenience, this location offered massive comfort while offering a nastalgic vibe with a theme that wasn't over the top..and simply just right Sharktank!. And just in case we needed for anything at all - barely - we received immediate responses from our host.. I think beyond just our group of 4 ladies, our puppy LOVED it there. She was exploring the back yard and the home and was a happy giddy puppy the whole time. She loved the outside as much as we did. That pool and surprise hot tub was a plus plus plus! Don't even hesitate. You cant possibly regret it.. We can't say enough about our time here! xoxo

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many stores in the area for your convenience. Drove 10 minutes to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. He checked in and any requests we made were answered promptly. We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Thank you Jarred.

You won't regret this choice!

I don't do many reviews because when I do them I am very specific, so this will be long lol I will tell you what we loved & what could have been better. Let's start by saying that the owner responds very quickly to emails. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. We had myself, my husband, youngest daughter (22) our oldest daughter (30) son-in-law & two grand kids (11 & 3) & we were quite comfortable, although there was only 1 TV & could probably use them in the bedrooms too, so kids can stay entertained when stuck inside. They did have a few toys which my granddaughter loved so that was helpful. The first night we were there the hot tub was cooler than the pool which was perfect. Contacted owner & was told where to turn it on. Did so next day but still just warm so contacted again & was directed to thermostat which fixed it. The pool & hot tub is next level perfect, think it convinced my husband to actually look into getting one at home finally. Only problem with them is that they are a little difficult to get into if you have mobility problems, but we met the owner the day before we left & I suggested a hand rail for their next improvement, he thought it was a good idea so hopefully he will be able to do it soon. My daughter decided she didn't want to sleep on the pull out & would prefer the roll away. I emailed the owner & he sent someone over to give her sheets & a blanket. Had plenty of cookware & dishes & a nice grill as well. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved shark tank!

The entire house was clean, the outside area was fun for the kids. The property manager was prompt and helpful. We had a great stay in a convenient location! A short drive to stores, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Atlantic avenue shops and Delray Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for families

Perfect spot for families. House was nice and clean, check in was easy, and the pool was a hit! Also, a nice touch to include baby essential items like pack and play and high chair. Made it much easier not to have to worry about packing or renting those items. Will look to stay here again when visiting family in the area!

Shark house delivered great spring break family experience

Very well stocked, lots of beach towels, chairs and things to take to the beach. Owner was very responsive throughout the week as questions came up. With traffic (we were there on spring break so that may have played a role) it took us longer to get to beach than we would have liked, but pretty good value considering the cost to rent places closer to the beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, we got a lot of use out of that. Very clean when we arrived. Location was nice in terms of there being a nice Publix close by and some good, easy food options.

Family Vacation Gem

My husband and I were very pleased with this property. It is not a large home but it is comfortable and efficient for large groups. For a few days we had seven people….4 adults and 3 children….and all were happy. The kitchen is well equipped. We had plenty of bath towels and towels for the pool. The pool is fantastic. Everything is exactly as seen in the photos. The host and his daughter were prompt in responding to our questions and needs. We hope to return to this house next year.

Wonderful Vacation

We had our annual girls trip to this property and it worked great for us. We had 2 children and 2 infants. Pack and Plays were provided and set up for us! Pool was fantastic. All things were exactly as represented in listing.
