Remodeled HEATED pool home, 8 minutes to the beach! Honey Hole & Bear Den

Welcome to the Honey Hole! This family-friendly beach getaway is sure to have any guest relaxing all year round. Situated in a quiet and private neighborhood this home is perfect for all your vacation needs. This completely renovated home is a 5 minute drive down Atlantic Avenue to downtown and the beaches. You can find restaurants, shops, parks, boat tours, and much more locally. We look forward to hosting you!

Pool: The resort style heated pool includes seating for a large number of people with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and a dining table giving guests the luxury to relax in privacy. The newly resurfaced pool is heated so guests can use it year-round. The pool service comes every Monday to ensure a clean pool for all guests.

Kitchen and Living Area: The Honey Hole’s living area includes a Roku/Xfinity TV service where guests can sign in and watch using their favorite streaming services. This area includes various board games for your entertainment! The Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking necessities including a full set of pots, pans, oven pans, cutting boards, utensils, a knife set, and basic spices. There are also plates, bowls, cups, containers, silverware, a toaster, microwave, and a coffee maker.

Bedrooms: There are three total bedrooms. The Master bedroom holds a King size bed. One guest room has a Queen size bed, and the other bedroom has two Queen size beds. There is a Queen size pullout couch in the designated office space allowing a total of 10 guests to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has a full sized closet with a large walk-in closet in the Master bedroom.

Bathrooms: The home features two full bathrooms. One in the Master bedroom and the shared bathroom is between the two other bedrooms. The guest bathroom also features a full tub. Both showers are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

Parking: There is free parking in the long driveway leading up to the house as well as a designated parking area adjacent to the mailbox.

Guests will have access to the entire property including the large deep pool, featuring brand new diamond brite. The fully enclosed backyard oasis is professionally landscaped featuring native plants. The newly built deck accommodates all your friends and family while relaxing by the pool. Inside the home there is high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi with boosters and an office space for your convenience. Feel free to use the laundry machines for your convenience.

If you have any questions you will receive a response within an hour.

We have all of your vacation needs including high quality beach chairs, pool floats, buckets, goggles, and a beach bag with towels for your convenience.

Any other requests will be happily considered!

*We own a few Airbnbs in the area including the one directly next door in case you would like to have a large group of people staying*

Honey hole house

House was very convenient to where we needed to be. Had plenty of room. Pool water could have been warmer. Was on the first day then was cold the rest of time but temperatures were only 70 outside. Would rent again. And the snacks, coffee and drinks were a nice added bonus.

Not what we expected

Certainly now where near 5 stars. Remodelling appeared to be limited. Noticed what appeared to be painted over mold in the bathroom. The home was built in 1942 so unsure what infratructure was updated. Water tasted bad so ensured the kids didn't drink any. When arrived the pool was 70 degrees. Weather was cold but took days for the water to heat up to comfortable levels. The neighbourhood was in the lower end of Delray with houses built on top of each other. We were not comfortable with our kids playing in the front yard or in the Neighbourhood. Bottom line we won't be booking this property again.

Spring Break Stay

Our stay at the Honey Hole for my teenage son's Spring Break was a nice long weekend. The house was as pictured/described in the listing. It was honestly one of the cleanest places we have stayed lately. Location was close to Walmart, grocery stores and restaurants. My son liked the canal in the back of the neighborhood for fishing. He caught a few bass and we also saw some alligator gar swim by. The pool was nice, but we honestly didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped due to all our adventures. My son also really enjoyed catching the little lizards you find around the backyard (and then releasing them). Communication with the property manager was great. My only complaint which really isn't a complaint was that the beach was slightly further away than expected. But it was very convenient that the house had everything we needed for the beach including a beach bag with towels, chairs, cooler and an umbrella (which we didn't use). We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Perfect for families

We enjoyed staying and found everything we needed to host our group of 8. The beds were comfy and we loved the outdoor space. The host was very accommodating and quick with responses. The house was as pictured with plenty of games for the times it rained and we weren’t able to be in the pool. Highly recommend this property.

This house was so cute! From the name of the house to the decorations it was so perfect! It was the perfect size for 5 people. The beds where comfortable and there were plenty of towels and things we needed. The owner was so kind and very easy to deal with. We would 100% stay here again!

The Honey Hole cottage

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Honey Hole, the property is well situated about 15 mins drive from Delray Beach and close to shopping, restaurants etc. The residents in the area are friendly and quiet. The pool is large enough for a big family to enjoy and is cleaned every week. The only improvement suggestion we would have would be to upgrade the wifi service which was a little inconsistent with respect to data speed reliability. The property Manager (Jarred) was very responsive to our questions and needs and provided a top quality service. Overall an excellent stay and a good choice for family accommodation on the east coast of Florida.

A MUST STAY

We came down for my birthday weekend with a few other couples. Jarrod was an absolute gem! He made the check in process for us so great and was so accommodating to us. The house was so cute and perfect! I will be recommending this property to everyone I know and will definitely be back to rent again next year. Lovely Home

I hope this home is available whenever I stay in the Delray Beach area. My wife and I had a delightful stay. Comfortable, clean, three bedroom two bathroom home, full kitchen, dining room, office, sunny patio, fenced in for privacy, a pristine, crystal clear pool at the perfect temperature. A very short, easy drive to the beach and downtown strip.
