    Filled with natural light, this wonderful home offers all the amenities needed to make your stay in Palm Beach county memorable! Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of Delray Beach’s entertainment and beaches!

    The vibrant Atlantic Avenue, and famous Pineapple Grove district, with murals and sculptures, and home to galleries, shops, restaurants, and Artists Alley, you will find activities for all.

    Tastefully decorated, the living room is outfitted with a *Smart TV, large sofa, loveseat, and a sofa chair, providing all the space and comfort you need to gather friends and family.

    Spacious and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essential cookware. The amount of counter space and abundant natural light will make cooking at home smooth and pleasant.
    Adjacent, you will find a charming dining room, outfitted with a dining table that seats up to eight people, and a ceiling fan. Surrounded by windows leading to the vast screened porch in the back, this room is very bright and breezy.

    This home has 3 bedrooms, including a master suite that features a king-size bed with luxurious linens, Smart TV, large closets for storage, a ceiling fan, and access to the backyard through lovely French doors. It also has its own bathroom, fully equipped with a double-sink vanity and a shower.

    The two other bedrooms have a king-size and a queen-size bed, plush linens and pillows, closet space, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and multiple windows for natural light.

    There are two more bathrooms in this house, one with a tub/shower combination, and the other one with a shower.

    In addition to the large and cozy screened porch that is outfitted with lounge sofas and a coffee table, Marlow House has an amazing fully fenced backyard, complete with a beautiful and lush tropical landscape. Equipped with a saltwater pool (which can be heated), a rim flow spa, lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, outside shower, and a seating space with a secure fire pit, this yard combines all the perfect elements to enjoy the outdoors and soak up the Florida sun!

    WHAT YOU’LL LOVE: High-speed internet access; A/C; *Smart TVs (log into your personal accounts!); luxury bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; saltwater pool with rim flow spa; outdoor grill; outdoor seating and fire pit; beach chairs; towels; umbrella and a cooler; infant pack’n’play.

    BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds and 1 Queen Inflatable –
    - Bedroom 1: 1 KING (sleeps 2)
    - Bedroom 2: 1 KING (sleeps 2)
    - Bedroom 3: 1 QUEEN (sleeps 2)
    - Common Area: QUEEN INFLATABLE

    BATHROOMS: There are 3 full bathrooms in this home, 2 with a shower and 1 with a shower/tub combination.

    KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and all your cookware; drip-style coffee pot and toaster. All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked, including basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil).

    PARKING: Driveway space for 2 cars and free street parking. There is no garage access.

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM.

    POOL: Complimentary pool heating to 84 degrees during peak season (Jan - Mar). Settings to warmer temperature (87 degrees) is available upon request at a fee of $50 p/day with a 3 day minimum and $500 Maximum. No pool heating fees will be assessed for reservations of 30 days or more.

    DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum. Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION. Reservations are not confirmed until processed by Vacation Living. **We require our guests to be 27 years and older to reserve a home; ID will be required after making the reservation**

Visiting for a wedding

Beautiful property

We had the best time at this beautiful place and especially loved the tropical backyard. Neighborhood is super nice and it’s a very doable walk to Atlantic Ave. Hope to be back soon!

Delight in Delray

First time visit to Delray. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Location was perfect - close to town but very quiet. The pool was so nice we hardly left the property. Great restaurants - very wide variety for all tastes and price points.

We had an amazing long mom’s weekend at Marlow House. The property was very clean and incredibly well stocked. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet place within walking distance from all that Delray Beach has to offer. It was just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and Pineapple Grove. From the linens on the beds to the sweet welcome basket we received, everything was perfect. The back yard was very private with a nice heated pool and hot tub that we took advantage of as well as a fire pit/ solo stove for evening fires. The neighbor was so kind and the communication with the property manager was excellent as she was very quick to respond to questions and checked in throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic getaway and we will definitely be back!

Amazing pool

Close to Delray Beach

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and could tell they were well maintained. There were 3 couples on our trip and this house gave us all plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive.

Wonderful House

Stayed at the Marlow house with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren and had a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and amply sized for our family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The furnishings and decor are thoughtfully planned and very tasteful, and the pool is amazing. The house is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood within a 20-minute walk to Atlantic Avenue and a short drive to the beach. Our family has been visiting Delray Beach for 10 years and has always stayed in an oceanfront hotel. Renting this house for a week was a game changer for us, and we will definitely be back.
