**Pool heater: Complimentary Pool Heating upon request. Heater will be turned on for 12 hours per day with target temp of 84-86 degrees. Temperature CAN NOT be guaranteed. Electrical heat pump used, which can be slow during low ambient temperatures. Cant guarantee heated pool anytime especially for same day bookings and day 1 of reservation as pool may take time to heat especially after recent addition of water to pool.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the heated pool, game room, outdoor lounge area and laundry room. The property is completely private You will have the space entirely to yourself. There is a locked closet that is clearly marked next to the game room entrance. This is our storage area and will not be accessible.

TRASH:
-Take out: Tuesday Night and Friday night
-Return: Wednesday morning and Saturday morning.
-Trash bins located outside backyard near pool equipment. Take out and leave next to mailbox.
-Saturday pickup: bulk pickup. Anything not fit in bins taken. Just secure and place next to trash bin.
-Wednesday pickup: accepts recyclables.

POOL ALARM AVAILABLE! Pool alarm has two components. The first component is a receiver that sounds an alarm. The receiver is located in the bottom drawer to the right of the stove in the kitchen. Pull out this receiver, flip it over, turn it on, and plug it in. A red test button can be pushed to confirm that it is on. The second component is the pool alarm itself that is located at the back left of the pool when walking out into the backyard. This device is inserted into the pool and is normally turned off. To use this alarm, push down the button and swivel the metallic button into surveillance mode. In this mode, if the pool alarm detects entrance into the pool, it will sound an alarm at this location and at the receiver in the home. This pool alarm is to be used when children are present and not being supervised. We have made an instructional video on how to use the pool alarm and this is available upon request.
