Guest Policy:
The home accommodates up to 4 guests and is equipped with essentials for a short-term stay. After booking guest will be asked to provide a valid form of ID of primary guests and a list of first/last names of all occupants. Up to the registered number of guests allowed. No parties or unregistered guests permitted. Essentials like towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for registered guests only.

Liability Agreement:
To ensure a smooth check-in and meet HOA requirements, all guests must sign a short liability agreement at least 24 hours before check-in. This is mandatory - check-in instructions will only be provided once the agreement is completed.
