Newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home, with a fully fenced in backyard. Located just 3 blocks from Atlantic Ave in the middle Downtown Delray and 1 mile from the beach. Also, just 2 short blocks from the brand new Delray Market. It is the perfect location!
Home includes many amenities including, large 65" TV in living room, grill, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. There's also a small work space and fast speed internet, if you're looking to work from home.

All in house was clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Host was very responsive. Had one issue with shower and host had it fixed within an hour. Only shortcoming was water pressure in bathroom sink was low. By contrast, shower had excellent water pressure.

Everything was great. Just a few minor issues with a missing remote control for the master bedroom ceiling fan, the master bedroom TV not being in sync (thus, I only used the TV in the main room) and a back patio that was not cleaned. I wish the hot water in the bathroom sinks ran hotter for shaving purposes, but other than that, a very nice house. Location wise, it is a very easy 3 block walk to Atlantic Blvd, but walking up 3rd Ave did require walking past some sketchy people hanging out in their cars. Thus, for a single female, it would be a concern. However, with my being a relatively formidable looking guy, I can handle the walk.

Clean, easy to find, spacious home away from home!

We were very impressed with Eddie's place-- the cleanliness, layout and spaciousness of it, all good things! We wanted a one-level and with the exception of one stair at the front door we got it! Eddie was very kind and communicated everything promptly and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the home is furnished perfectly to accommodate an entire stay. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Perfect Family Place in Delray!

So glad we found this house for our trip to Delray. Was perfect for our family to have plenty of space, laundry & kitchen access. The house was very clean and in good shape, very conveniently located and Eddie was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay and super convenient location!

Our stay in Eddie's lovely home was amazing! The location to Atlantic Ave is perfect. It literally is just under 0.5 mile and is a nice stroll to get to the hustle and bustle of the Ave! Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. Only positive things to say about this vacation experience. Highly recommend!

Spacious accommodations with great location to all the action

Property as pictured. Clean, spacious with nice amenities. Location is ideal to walk to Atlantic Ave to get to all restaurants and shops and a short walk to beach. Communication with the owner was timely and informative.Would stay again!

Delray 2024

Location was good to all dining/shops for Atlantic Ave, you can walk. 15 minutes to FAU. The property was comfortable and clean. Backyard is ok, it’s fenced so very nice is you bring your dog. The street behind the house has loud music maybe a night club but the good thing is you can’t hear the noise inside the house. Driveway is nice, we had 3 cars that fit perfectly in the driveway. Kitchen is very roomy and has everything you need. Nice dining room with table that sat 8.price was great. We would stay again and recommend this to others.

Even better than the pictures!

Stayed here for my daughter's college graduation and had plenty of space for a family of 5! Open floor plan with huge rooms and a luxury kitchen stocked with pots and dishes and small appliances. Mostly prepared meals at the home because it was just equipped so well including a grill on the back porch.

House Near the Delray Frivolity Zone

Very convenient, clean, well-equipped house just 3 blocks from Atlantic Ave, center of Delray Beach dining, drinking and entertainment and maybe a mile or so from the Atlantic Ocean beach. Eddie was maybe the best VRBO host we ever had, very responsive although we didn't need him much at all because everything was in such good shape. Go for it!

Great stay

The home is in excellent condition, decorated well and is very spacious. It is convenient for Atlantic avenue which was great for my adult children at night. My only hesitation is it’s a fairly long walk to the beach because the only way over the inter coastal is across Atlantic. As long as you’re good with a 30 minute walk, excellent place to stay. Owner was very responsive as well.

Quick trip to Delray

Lovely property. Big 3BR home. Lots of space. Clean clean clean! Plenty of towels. We went to celebrate a birthday of a family member in Boynton Beach and the location was perfect. Much better than a hotel room. Would stay here again.

BFF Getaway

This was my first time ever booking a vacation rental. The place was more than I expected, very lovely, spacious and clean. The host thought of everything we might need. It was a great first experience. Close to downtown nightlife, restaurants and not too much further to get to the beach. It was totally worth it!

Beautiful, open space!

Such a great location for downtown shopping in Delray and getting to many local beaches. The inside of the home was spacious, clean and well organized. The kitchen was amazing. Loved staying here, and any questions for the owners were answered promptly. Would love coming back!
