Beautiful, comfortable home in Delray Beach

The overall decor and ambience of this home are exquisite. Very elegant and modern, but also quite comfortable. Lots of great TV screens. The kitchen equipment was superb, much better than in most rentals. And a very important factor was the responsiveness and graciousness of the Brampton property management group. They were phenomenally helpful. The location of this home is excellent, too: a five-minute drive to Atlantic Avenue and all of the good restaurants; and a ten-minute drive to the ocean. All in all, we think you can't go wrong with this fabulous property.

Great stay in Delray Beach

This is a wonderful property. We stayed for 28 days and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The outside pool area has good coverings from the sun and the pool itself is very nice. The house is in a terrific location—walking distance to Atlantic Avenue and the beach. We would have booked the house for next year—but unfortunately it is not available.

Fantastic vacation home!

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a house large enough to accommodate our family of 6, plus extended family from out of state. The location was perfect and the home was equipped with everything we could have needed. This is a great property and exceeded our expectations!

Holiday in Delray

What can I say ?? The house was excellent !! Every need had been taken care of - we did not need to worry about anything except shopping for our food. The house itself is lovely - modern, comfortable, immaculate throughout and plenty of space. We had 7 adults staying in the property, but there was plenty of space for everyone. Large lounge area, well appointed bedrooms and good sized ensuite bathrooms. Pool was great and the outside eating / sitting area was lovely - in fairness we spent most of our time sat outside! Beach is only 5 mins drive - plenty of parking - and it is beautiful ! Delray is a nice town - friendly and not to big. Boco Raton is close and well worth a visit. I have to add that the team at Brampton were excellent ! In particular Matt - he was on hand at anytime to help, offer restaurant recommendations or to tell us when the bins needed to go out !! Really good experience with them. Would recommend this property without any hesitation - whoever owns it this house, can I say it is a lovely home.

Great Extended Stay For Our Family

Our family had to relocate to FL for a few weeks and our stay couldn’t have been better. The home was comfortable for our entire family. The location was awesome with easy access to the beach and wonderful restaurants you could walk to. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

Everyone was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and overall lay out of the house and outside dining and pool area. All through the house the quality of design and materials were evident in every way. Ergonomically much thought went into the design, function and guest accommodation dedicated to enjoyment of the property. Much appreciated is the honest Brampton/VRBO presentation! Cheers!

Vacation at the beach

This property was absolutely beautiful! It was clean and equipped with everything I could possibly need. I loved the proximity to downtown and to the beach. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.
