"Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it"

"We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay."

Stayed there for 4 nights, kept asking them for housekeeping everyday, but did not get housekeeping on any day- no toilet cleaning, no bedsheet changes, no fresh towels. Staff were unapologetic, pathetic. I should have read the reviews of other guests. Location is bad, next to huge cemetery and couple miles away from the city.
