"The hard floors were sticky. They need to not just spread the sticky and change the mop if used for sticky items. I had to mop the room's floor with towels so we could walk on the floor."

We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. "Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. "

"Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again."
