This is a well-furnished, modern apartment located in the posh neighborhood of Saini Enclave in East Delhi. The main charm is the prime location with family-friendly activities and ample amenities of the apartment, including High-Speed WiFi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Air-Conditioning, Refrigerator, R.O Water Machine, Satellite Television, 24/7 Hot Running Water and more. We always keep the apartment sparkling clean and hygienic, so that our guests feel right at home. It is situated on the first floor.

The apartment has three large bedrooms with supremely comfortable queen size beds and attached western-style washrooms in each room, with high-quality Grohe fitments, geysers and dressing areas. The large living room acts as meeting area as well as a dining room. There is a fully-equipped kitchen for your usage, with all the features such as LPG gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, utensils etc. We provide extra floor mattresses in case their are more than 6 guests, and up to 10 guests can comfortably stay in the apartment. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, and the bedrooms have LCD Television with satellite connections as well. The building is quiet and secure, offering a relaxed, hassle free stay.

You can cook your own food in the kitchen, but don't miss out on our freshly cooked homemade food at nominal prices.
