One of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever had.
The room was unbearably cold. I asked repeatedly for a blanket over several hours while I sat there shivering, and staff showed zero urgency or concern. Food was another joke—each time I ordered, the portions got noticeably smaller, to the point it felt deliberate.
Cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a thick chunk of dust stuck to the TV and its equipment, clearly untouched for ages. When I mentioned it, staff rolled their eyes instead of apologizing.
Privacy and safety were completely ignored. I returned to find staff cleaning rooms with all doors left wide open, exposing my belongings to anyone walking past. The walls were paper-thin, and the guests next door were drinking, smashing whiskey bottles, and trying to intimidate us. Despite multiple complaints, the hotel did nothing. us. We complained repeatedly—to staff and to hotel management—and the hotel did absolutely nothing. No intervention. No concern. No security. We were left to deal with it ourselves while feeling genuinely unsafe.
This stay wasn’t just unpleasant—it was disturbing. The lack of basic safety, privacy, cleanliness, and customer service was shocking. Guest safety was clearly the last thing on their priority list.
I left feeling stressed, shaken, and traumatized. I will never return. This place felt unsafe, careless, and deeply unprofessional. Guest safety and customer service were clearly not a priority. I will never return.
