Bedsheets stained. Bath towel provided when you touch appears to be a rug very rough and cannot be called as a white towel. Bathroom mirrors, faucets had soap scums. Hard water salt stains all over place."

"My wife and I were disappointed to see that the room was not cleaned to our liking. The bed had hair in it which made me think that they didn't change the sheets. I asked for the sheets to be changed and they changed it. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. There were watermarks on the mirror, the base of the toilet was not clean, there was clearly visible calcium deposits on the shower head and other metal fixtures. The walls of the shower were not cleaned. The toilet seat was not tightened...
