"Be fully prepared to not have a room reserved for you even though you booked weeks in advance. After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

"Hotel was ok. Did not like number of “guests” hanging out in parking lot at night smoking and drinking. Situation made me very uncomfortable."

"Very confused about the breakfast. Was it complimentary or not? Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk. We were charged a $50 incidental rate and were told $10 per breakfast would come from that. So if we don’t eat breast we’ll get a refund? Yes. But no one could really explain."

Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. "We found blood on a pillow and when we told the front desk their response was - ok thank you, we’ll tell house keeping. The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area."

Had to ask for toilet paper repeatedly The elevator was shaky and didn’t work one of my nights stay"
