After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

Breakfast ended at 10 am, at 9:30 there was only 4 pieces of precooked french toast, There was NO orange Juice for 2 days, Yogurt was gone, no plates, watched someone eat french toast on a napkin, syrup was from the original gallon jug with a pump, cereal & milk had run out, no flavored oatmeal just the original, apples only. "The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. "

"We found blood on a pillow and when we told the front desk their response was - ok thank you, we’ll tell house keeping. The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area."
