Gran ubicación, habitación limpia aunque es pequeña y puedes escuchar fácilmente a las habitaciones contiguas, se percibe nuevo todo y ordenado. Buen orden de parte del staff para el desayuno ya que siempre está lleno. El desayuno muy completo. Regresaré sin duda.

We recently had our second stay at The William Hotel Midtown, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This time I traveled with my family, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was consistently kind, professional, and attentive—especially Lily, Kiki, and Claudia. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, even during the heavy snowstorm. Their warmth, care, and willingness to help made all the difference for us. A very special thank you to them! Our room was magnificent—especially spacious by New York standards—and very well equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and housekeeping was always timely and thorough. We are grateful for another memorable experience and look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
