"So the guy that check us in was nice. Then we didn’t see any staff the entire time we were there. (3 days, 2 nights) we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Which is kinda insignificant but our 5g work well enough. The room was nice, and the interior of the place was clean,seemed recently redone. They are fixing it up, I think they’re on the right path. "It is a beautiful park like setting. A true retreat. The food is mediocre at best and low value for what you pay and you can tell the staff is overwhelmed . Such a shame. Very expensive food. 1878 on the lake however was exceptional! Would come back for that restaurant alone."

"Only problem I had was when I requested pillows and covers for sofa bed. One of the staff said she doesn't have time now to look for it and she'll do it later. It was 11 at night and my kids can't wait till later. She never came back so I slept with no pillows since I gave mine to my kids."
