  • Welcome to the Lake! This fully renovated 4 bed 2 bath waterfront home was completed in May of 2025 and is Situated just feet away from Delavan Lake, this home comes with a new pier and the option to rent a boat or bring and dock your own. The house is located on Delavan's north shore and is the perfect gathering place for family and friends. Views of the water from every room in the house give way to amazing sun rises and natural light throughout.

    Directly on the lake! This home is steps away from the beautiful waters of Delavan. With its own 60ft pier equipped with 2 boat slips and the option to rent a boat during your stay, this property is the perfect getaway for a family trip on the water. The house is a 1 minute walk from three bars and restaurants, and less than 1 mile away from Lake Lawn Resort and the Majestic Oaks Golf Course. It is 10 minutes from the Grand Geneva and the town of Fontana and twenty minutes from Downtown Lake Geneva.

    This property has 4 beds and 2 baths. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bath. The remaining full bathroom with bathtub is located on the main level.

    There is a 60ft dock with a boatlift and boat available to rent as well as an addition slip to bring your own boat or PWC. The large platform at the end of the dock is perfect for fishing or relaxing in the sun with plenty of room for the whole family!

    For larger groups, please ask about our sister property located 2 houses away.

    This is perfect home for a family vacation, equipped with arcade games, shuffle board, and a foosball table, all looking over the lake. Soak in views of the sunrise from the large dining room table located in the 4 season porch!

Great place to stay. Super clean, owner was great with communication. Very nice place to stay. Only small issue was the water in the shower was hot and cold. Then you are really close with the house behind you. Owner was awesome.

Zach as a host was exceptional! Very responsive from start to finish. He was also very accommodating to our requests. The house was very clean and well stocked which is so important. We will definitely be back to enjoy Zach’s house and the lake. Thank you!!

Amazing Lake Delavan Getaway - Perfect Family Spot!Our stay at this beautiful lake house on Lake Delavan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. This house is truly a gem and was the perfect spot for our family vacation.The house itself was great – clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, making our stay easy and relaxing. We especially enjoyed tubing on the lake, the big windows overlooking the lake, "the well-stocked kitchen," and the cozy living areas. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves.The host, Zach, was also great! Communication was excellent from the moment we booked, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.We made so many wonderful memories here, from tubing on the lake, exploring the area, and enjoying morning coffee with lake views. The location on Lake Delavan is ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local activities.We can't recommend this lake house enough.
