Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. With the BEST view on Berlin Lake
The space
2 Bedroom Lakefront home 1 bath with shower 1 queen bed, bunk bed with 2 full beds private dock. Plenty to do bike/walking trail close by. Boat, jet ski, paddle board rentals available. Attraction : Noah’s lost ark 10 minutes Akron Zoo 45 minutes, playground 10 minutes Funtimes activity 15 minutes away. Hour 10 minutes from Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Cove W winery is located on the lake. Masterpietro winery 10 minutes away Gervasi vineyards 40 minutes 1875 Winery 20 minutes.

This is a very dog friendly area. So dogs are welcome!! DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN HOUSE OR ON PROPERTY AT ANY TIME!

Property was beautiful, overlooking the lake, with a nice porch and some chairs to enjoy the view. We actually met the owner in person while our son was riding his bike, and had a lovely conversation with him...and later during our stay our son played for a bit with his grandson, which was awesome. Home met our needs for my somewhat handicapped father, with 2 entrances and 2 steps to enter (smaller step on the porch and to enter through the slider). Jim went above and beyond by laying down some boards to make walking to the car through the gravel much easier for him. Top notch owner and family. If there was a critique, it would be the slightly sulfer smell of the water, however growing up in the area around the lake and well water, I know that sometimes occurs. We will definitely be back again next summer! Thank you for all the kindness you bestowed upon us while we visited our hometown!

Sweet Lou’s

The host were absolutely fabulous they welcomed us with open arms were friendly the neighbors were great as well the view and location is absolutely beautiful. We did a friends trip and all came a separate times but they were cool about it. Welcomed my dog as well was helpful with the dock and everything about the location awesome people and we will be back in the future.

Great Home! Great Getaway!

The home was just beautiful. Very clean and inviting. The owners were so friendly and hospitable. They went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a nicer weekend. Lots of love and laughter and lets not forget Zoey, the neighborhood dog. She was a sweetheart. Hope to return very soon!

Beautiful and peaceful setting!

Beautiful and peaceful getaway at the lake with a view that no picture could ever possibly do any justice. Reasonably close proximity to great food options and 2 decent dog parks as well. Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Thank you for having us!

Great Lake House Stay

This Lake House is very nice. The online description is very accurate. It sits up on a bluff and provides a great relaxing view of the lake. We found the house very clean and well stocked with all the basics you need in the kitchen, bathrooms. bedrooms etc. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing from the private pier. Chairs for relaxing outside are provided along with a gas grill and picnic table. We will defiantly consider renting again.

Lovely & Relaxing Lake House

The hosts (Jim & Amy) are awesome, attentive to details and provided us with a great relaxing stay. Their place is well stocked with all the basics, we literally just had to buy our groceries. Their lake house is beautiful and that lake view is so relaxing, we really enjoyed having our morning coffee and watching the birds every morning. Hopefully we can return there 1 day! Thank you guys!

Lake view

The cottage was very clean and surprisingly spider web free which is unusual for a lake property. The bedrooms were a bit small. We went to bens restaurant and the circle diner and the staff/bartenders were super friendly, again a nice surprise. It should be stated that the winery is only open on weekends and that sharp 44 is temporarily closed. We woild go back for the fall foliage for sure!

Best lake house

This by far has been one of our favorite vacation spot. The house is very nice, full kitchen, very comfortable beds and greatly prompt appreciative communication with owner. They went above and beyond my expectations. P.S. very safe neighborhood. Thank you again!! We will be back soon!!!
