The accommodation
You will have:
• a pleasant living / dining room opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen (large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle), all in a cosy and soothing décor. A comfortable sofa bed if needed.
• a balcony open to the living room. Very pleasant for breakfast, a little nap or an aperitif with a beautiful view of the Trouville hill.
• a master bedroom with a double bed 160/200 and large storage cupboard.
• a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and possibility of a 3rd trundle bed, a space dedicated to teleworking (desk + screen), and a cupboard.
• 2 bathrooms each with a toilet and a shower. Comfort and time saved in the morning or on your way back from the beach! A washer-dryer is at your disposal.

The living room and the 2 bedrooms are bright and overlook a courtyard without vis-à-vis.

Flat screen TV, fiber Wifi included.

On the 3rd floor with elevator. Easy access (PRM) in this recent residence to the latest thermal and acoustic standards.

A car freight elevator will allow you to leave your vehicle in a covered parking lot and enjoy Deauville Trouville on foot. (Compatible size of a Peugeot 5008 or equivalent at most.) Parking is free on the street.

We prefer to warn that a construction site adjacent to our building is underway until the 2nd quarter of 2026.

You will be greeted on arrival and the beds will be made.
