Just pack your suitcases! This home has everything you need, high quality bed linens, fluffy towels for bathrooms, bathrobes & all toiletries included. All you need to do is arrive & step into history with this large beautifully restored 120-year-old home, nestled on the picturesque, tree-lined street of W Minnesota Avenue , 5 minute walk to Stetson University and a 10 minute walk to downtown DeLand.

A perfect blend of old-world charm and modern convenience, this 3-bedroom retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Inside, you'll find every modern appliance seamlessly integrated into a space that radiates warmth and character.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Super clean, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, outstanding communication. The home’s design allows for plenty of space to spread out; our multigenerational group of 6 felt right at home. We had plans to explore DeLand but scratched them to spend more time lounging by the pool. Excellent!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved using the hot tub on the cool evenings. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I especially appreciated that they went out of their way to return belongings I accidentally left behind—that level of care really stood out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The most amazing home in Deland!!! Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Included EVERYTHING you could imagine in the kitchen and throughout the whole home. Two full stories with ample space on the main floor including full kitchen, full living room, two dining table areas, an additional entry way living room with couch and a desk area in case you need to work. Second story is 3 bedrooms with such comfortable beds and 2 full size gorgeous bathrooms. The pool and outside areas were amazing!! Lance answered all of our questions and was equally amazing! Choose this home! We will be back!! Thank you so much for this amazing home!

Pictures could not showcase how amazing this property was. Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Well stocked. We literally wanted for nothing. Communication with host was easy and timely, very accommodating. Spectacular kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved our stay and will likely return.

Delightful house and property! Salt pool and jacuzzi were perfect for our family. They had everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking. Lance was so incredibly helpful and pleasant! When there was an issue or a question with anything; he was right there, without hesitation. Quiet street close to main thoroughfares and shopping.My only problem was that we had to leave before I wanted to, I could stay here a month. We HAVE to come back!

Amazing VRBO

The flutter-by house was fantastic from the moment we walked in until the moment we reluctantly left. The location could not have been better being equally close to Stetson campus as to the downtown shops and restaurants. We consider ourselves to be on the spectrum for clean-freaks and the house exceeded our expectations for cleanliness. Our four legged friend loved the front and back yards being fenced and available for his use. Communication with host was amazing! He made us feel so welcomed!! We could not have chosen a better house for our stay, and when we return to Stetson for next year’s music camp, we know where we want to stay again.

I want to go back!

This stay was an absolute dream! The location was perfect, well-situated in a beautiful neighborhood that was within walking distance of downtown, which made getting around very easy. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with tons of natural light (a huge plus in my book). It had everything we could possibly have needed, for anything from a short-term to a long term stay…and once I saw the place I honestly wish we could have stayed much longer. I'm a sucker for a fully-stocked kitchen, and this place exceeded my expectations. The pool and hot tub were the perfect cherry on top!

Wow just wow!!

Hands down the best VRBO we’ve ever rented.From the stunning exterior with covered porches and gated parking to the gorgeous interior filled with quirky art and thoughtful touches, this home is perfect. The super-soft beds, luxe bathrobes, and fully equipped kitchen (with a wine and beer fridge!) made our stay extra special.We loved the massive screened-in pool area! Spending days swimming and nights in the hot tub with music playing. The fire pit and game-filled ottoman were perfect for unwinding.Thank you, Lance! We’re already counting down to our return in October!

Absolutely amazing

I must admit I was apprehensive to rent this property as, not only was it new to the site but the photos made it look a bit too good to be true. I needn’t have worried, the photos don’t actually do it justice. It was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a rental in DeLand this is the one.The heated pool, the hot tub, the huge swing seats on the back porch and the lovely balcony off the bedroom made it hard to leave. The attention to detail is outstanding from the provision of everything you could possibly need to cook and eat to the huge fluffy towels and the toiletries provided.I can also recommend the Bake Chop in downtown DeLand for lunch and hanging out with the manatees at Blue Springs is priceless.It was a short stay but I’ll definitely be back.
