Suite C is a beautifully and stylishly furnished apartment in the heart of De Panne, boasting an immediate sea view upon arrival. The large sliding window creates an open, airy atmosphere and floods the space with natural light. The open-plan living room and kitchen, designed in a calm and elegant style, lead directly onto the balcony, where you can relax and make use of the electric BBQ provided.

The living area features a cozy sleeping nook with a comfortable double bed. There is also a separate bedroom with storage space and a children’s bunk bed. The bathroom is equally tasteful, equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants, Suite C also offers ample parking nearby. An ideal base for a carefree holiday on the Belgian coast!

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation.
