The Space:

Welcome to our warm and fully equipped apartment, located just a few steps from the beach in the heart of De Panne. This spacious and bright accommodation can comfortably host up to 6 guests, thanks to its 3 double beds spread between the main bedroom and the living room.



The sleeping area includes a large bedroom with a double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, illuminated mirror, storage), as well as two additional double beds located in the living room, visually separated to ensure a minimum of privacy. Please note: the bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom, which may be a slight inconvenience when staying with a group. The toilet is separate and located in the hallway, accessible to all guests.



The cozy living room, decorated in warm tones, invites you to relax with its comfortable sofas, wall-mounted TV, coffee table, and a bright dining area near the windows. You'll also enjoy a small sunny balcony with a side sea view – perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, stovetop, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, washer-dryer, utensils, dishes, storage, and kettle. Everything is designed so you can cook just like at home. A dining table near the bay window offers a pleasant and bright space for meals.



The apartment also features a fan system, double glazing, roller shutters, and storage space for your personal belongings. The modern decor and quality finishes provide a warm atmosphere, ideal for both short and extended stays.



📍 The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from the beach, close to shops, restaurants, bakeries, and public transport (train station, coastal tram). The location is perfect for exploring De Panne and the Belgian coast.



⚠️ Please note: the bathroom being inside the bedroom may be a constraint for certain group arrangements. Kindly consider this before booking.

Less than a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find a stop for the coastal tram (Kusttram), which serves the entire Belgian coastline from De Panne to Knokke. It’s the easiest, most economical, and scenic way to visit other seaside towns (Koksijde, Nieuwpoort, Ostend…).

Paid parking spaces (blue zone or with a meter) are available on the street in front of the building. Free parking is located a bit further away, about a 10-minute walk. During high season, we recommend arriving early or using long-term parking options.

Bikes can be rented nearby to explore the coastal bike paths or the dunes of the Westhoek nature reserve.

Buses serve De Panne and the surrounding areas, with a stop located about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
