The updated kitchen and dining nook includes everything you’ll need to cook a meal at home when you don’t feel like going out. And the updated bathroom includes plenty of fluffy towels for our guests.

The air conditioned Florida room has both a second living and second dining space allows your family and friends plenty of space to relax when it’s hot outside. A laundry room/toy room is equipped with a brand new stackable washer and dryer, and 2 bikes and beach toys that can be customized for your stay by reaching out to the owner.

The outdoor patio includes a brand new fire pit seating area and bbq to ‘grill-out’ to your hearts content and enjoy the ocean breeze.

This cottage is walking or biking distance to all that makes the Shores so charming… the beach, the river, parks, pickle ball, grocery store, restaurants, mini golf, nature trails… you name it.
