Take pleasure in spending your holidays here at our spectacular One-Bedroom suite measuring approximately 424 square feet. This spacious unit features 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed in the living room, bathroom including a partial kitchen, Louvred door between bedroom and living room areas and laundry situated in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: balcony/porch, blender, cable television, coffee maker, dishwasher, hairdryer, ice maker, iron/ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, wheelchair accessible , BBQ Grill, fire pit, laundry facilities, and outdoor heated pool.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Daytona Sea Breeze is Daytona Beach International (DAB) which is 12 miles by car respectively.

Auxiliary parking available for guests, no charge, one vehicle per suite. One vehicle per villa (no over-sized vehicles, trailers, or RVs). Trailer and RV parking located down the street for a fee.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.


*** Smoking Policy ***

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.
Note: Smoking is only permitted on villa balconies.
