Property was perfect for a family beach stay. Lots of linens for bath and beach, plenty of beach items such as chairs and a canopy. Good views on the balcony and beach was not overcrowded

I cannot suggest this location enough! The hosts were easy to access and amenable to all questions/concerns that came up. We had an absolutely great time and will be coming back!

Okay…for real…THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We are a large family (4 kids and 2 adults) plus we wanted to bring the grandparents along, and this was the perfect accommodation for all of us. The location was perfect! The amenities are exactly as stated in the listing…very clean, up to date, beautiful inside. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Everything you could want for a beach trip was already at the condo. Would definitely recommend to any family!

Wonderful beach condo! Such a nice property. Very clean with comfy beds and furniture. Enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy our time in FL. The beach in front of the property is really nice and is wonderful for a morning walk. Close to restaurants and activities. The host was great and addressed my questions immediately. I would absolutely recommend this rental and I hope to stay here again the next time I am in town.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. We love this building as it is nice & quiet. The condo was just as pictured and expected. The beds are comfy and plenty of amenities. Jason was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

This is great place to stay. The beds and sheets are so comfortable. The pool is well kept. The beach is so Picturesque. The host got back with me quickly when issues arise and couldn't be more accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your place. Judy

Jason and Colby were easy to work with and available for questions during our stay. Calming Tides Condo 402 was incredible and better than what the pictures showed! We were impressed with the condo and the condo was alot larger than I expected. There was plenty of room for everyone! The ocean view was amazing and the large balcony was great to sit on especially in the morning watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee! The location is close to all of our favorite restaurants and Crabby Joes was within walking distance of the condo! Plenty of parking in the lot during our stay and the condo has a space in the garage as well with a garage opener to make it easier to fine and go from the garage! Jason and Colby have great taste in furniture/decor and the condo came with everything you would need while staying there. It felt like home!!!!The storage space had tons of items for our use at the beach, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, tent, sand toys, etc.We will definitely stay again at Calming Tides and at Jason and Colby’s other condo at The Aruba Condominiums! This will become our go to spot anytime we come to Daytona Shores!!!!

Highly recommend!! Beautiful place to stay!

I stayed with a group of 6 and having 3 restrooms was very nice. The beach view is beautiful, the condo was very clean and luxurious. Everything was perfect, any question or concern was addressed immediately. Would def recommend and stay again!

We came to watch our son in the Daytona Clash. Accommodations were great and we had a great time. Jason was very helpful with any questions we had and told us everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect Getaway Spot

I was here with a group of friends for the Daytona 500, and we were fortunate to have found this place. What spectacular views. The space was perfect and the bedding was so comfortable. I would book this place again.

Start off by saying WoW what an amazing stay with Calming Tides. This 4br didn’t disappoint comfortable the prettiest views in Daytona. Checkin and booking with ease. We can not wait for our next stay at this beautiful property.

Daytona 200 Stay

What a fantastic property and really the Listing did it no justice compared to reality - Superb setting and very comfortable and clean - well stock with utensils. The Host was fantastic, very easily contacted and very very helpful especially as we traveled from the UK he helped us with questions beyond that of related to the property! This Condo is so Cool and we cannot wait to go back in 2026!

Great Vacation

We had a great vacation! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and included all need amenities. Jason was extremely responsive. We had one issue with the beach tent, but Jason immediately responded and addressed it. We 100% recommend this for a family vacation!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this condo was perfect. We will be back! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation this place is incredible. I had a few questions while at the property and host was quick to respond and very helpful. The property itself is beautiful. You really can't beat the ocean views.

July 4th Getaway

This property is GREAT! The owner was great to deal with and communicate with. The condo was well stocked with everything needed for a stay. The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of towels for the beach and pool. The location was central to plenty of restaurants and things to do. The beachfront view was relaxing with a great balcony to watch everyone enjoy ing themselves. We would highly recommend this place and we will definitely book this stay again
