Old Florida charm, with a fresh feel. This cozy, single family oceanfront home sits beautifully on a white shell street that serves well for a morning or an evening stroll. With a spacious patio overlooking the ocean, it's the perfect spot to sip your coffee while enjoying the sunrise and listening to the waves crash on the shore. Perfect for hosting a BBQ for the family with a view for you, but hidden from beach goers by the dunes! The patio comes fully equipped with a picnic table, 4 adirondack chairs and lounge furniture. Keep cool in the shade while you test your grill skills on the south side patio where an additional table accommodates 6 and accesses doors to the living room and master bathroom.

The living space is located on the second story above the 2 car garage. The kitchen has just been remodeled and faces the dining room and ocean so you can make all your meals while holding conversation with a view. The living room has a bright comfy cozy feel with wood framed furniture, white cushions and colorful throw pillows. The bedrooms are clean and roomy. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the master bathroom has a toilet and shower with a door leading out to the south side patio. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and door connecting to the common bathroom, which has a toilet and shower/tub, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. As an additional bonus, there is a 4th sleeping space and bathroom accessible from the garage with a full futon and full bath. Amazing view! Easy access to beach. House fully equipped and ready to go. Easy check in and check out. Just minutes from all the best dinning and activities. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend this house and would love to stay again.

Great place. Well managed. Super responsive. I must say though, I think for the money they should provide trash bags and additional rolls of toilet paper. Minor gripe. Was an excellent trip and we are already working to schedule another visit to the same home.

Amazing stay

The house was great! We rented for our family that consists of adult kids. Our oldest daughter and her husband got married in NSB and we wanted to have a place to stay right on the beach! We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this beach home!

We loved our stay at heavenly horizons! The house had everything we needed! Location to the beach can’t be beat. Which was key with lugging all your beach stuff with kids in tow. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Great big table to fit our family. Beds were comfy. Wifi was pretty weak for streaming and working so if you’re planning to do any remote work keep that in mind. 10/10 would come back!

Great Family Getaway

The location of the property was better than we were expecting - centrally located and very easy to get to. Even with the crowds of people that were in New Smyrna for spring break, we were well removed from all of that activity and we were able to be in our own little oasis. We had a stunningly beautiful view with easy access to the beach. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we would most definitely consider staying at this property again.

Million Dollar View!

Enjoyed our stay at Heavenly Horizons! Loved the eclectic decor, comfy couch in the living area. The property has pretty much everything you need. The Wifi needs updating. A TV in the Master bedroom would be nice. Very clean home!

Ideal location! Fabulous views!

My husband and I loved staying here. This is an ideal place for watching the sunrise or taking a walk on the beach. It is also convenient to shopping and numerous restaurants, many of which have open air seating. The house was comfortable and well supplied with linens and dishes. There were just 2 of us, but with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, it could easily accommodate a family. (and there is an extra bathroom with shower, and a small room with a futon and TV on the lower level.) There was also room for 8 at the dining table and in the living room. There wasn't a lot of room for non refrigerated food, but we made do. The garage was a definite plus, as well as the washer and dryer. Overall it was a great place to spend a couple of weeks, especially in January.

Charming!!!! Amazing patio!

We had a fabulous stay in Heavenly Horizons! Our views were spectacular and we watched the sunrise every morning which was picture perfect when viewed from the Adirondacks on the patio. We were also fortunate enough to stay at the height of the Perseid showers and so of course…. The patio was equipped perfectly with comfortable seating for us all to enjoy the sky show! We had plenty of wildlife around us every day as well: A friendly squirrel, lots of gopher tortoises milling around the deck each day, pelicans, lizards, turtle nests, egrets and sand pipers! There are flashlights and a lovely lantern available so that you can crab and turtle hunt at night. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and we enjoyed fun family dinners and game playing at the huge dining table. Beds are comfortable and the family pictures and original artwork and other pictures truly add to the charm and uniqueness of this home. Bathrooms could be updated, but they served their purpose. Perfect weather just topped off our week in this delightful beach home! We LOVED our stay!

From reservation to departure all was made to be user friendly and convenient. The property was well situated, quite and close to area restaurants and activities.
