New owners and newly updated unit, located DIRECTLY on the ocean, within the sought after building The Shores Club in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores, FL.

Enjoy the stunning views while relaxing in this fully equipped, pet-friendly condo. This unit is uniquely located on the no-drive part of the beach so no vehicles interrupting your relaxing and fun time on the beach!

We maintain high standard of cleanliness and have updated the unit with all new furniture, washer/dryer, linens, kitchen and beach accessories for your stay! We purchased this amazing condo in October 2022, and are looking forward to sharing it with you and your family. We are committed to doing our part in helping create wonderful memories for your vacation.

This 1200 SF unit, conveniently located on the 4th floor, features stunning sunrise views of the ocean from the living room and master suite and sunset views of the intracoastal views from the kitchen and outdoor front sitting area. This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The oceanfront primary suite features a king size bed, private bath and a walkout balcony. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen size beds. New Smart TVs are located in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a new Keurig Duo Single-Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker (uses K-cups or your favorite ground coffee), large Breville Smart toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, glass top stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher and all the plates/glasses/utensils you'll need. Free WIFI and cable included.

Find extra linens, pillows and blankets in each bedroom closet should you need them and plenty of towels (bath and beach) are also available.

Our unit has a private/personal laundry room right outside the door that includes a washer and dryer and everything you will need for an amazing day at the beach including beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards, toys and a wagon to easily take your stuff to the beach.

You will have a designated inside parking space in the underneath garage unit (clearance 6') with limited parking spaces in the outdoor lot available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Area
There is so much to do you'll have a hard time fitting everything in! Spend a relaxing day at the beach or if you're up for venturing out head to Ponce Inlet and visit the historic Lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, or the Ponce Inlet doggie beach. There is the famous Daytona 500 speedway, Downtown New Smyrna Beach, Children's Museum and tons of fun restaurants to visit...including 2 recently seen on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (Millies and Arepita Beach).

If you're up for a day trip, head over to St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral or head to Orlando for some adventure at Universal Studios, Disney or Sea World!

The Shores Club Condominiums
This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Amenities include spacious oceanfront balconies, heated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, shuffleboard, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, card room, library and club room (which can be rented). This unit is pet friendly for 2 pets up to 20 lbs with prior written permission.

Shores club is a weekly minimum rental policy and Saturday-Saturday booking only.

Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
