Updated 5-1-25 We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. • Outdoor Pools are closed • Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed • Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed. • Parking garage is closed – parking is across the street and is 1st come 1st served. • Beach access from the north access road.

Daytona Beach Resort – 2700 N Atlantic Ave – Daytona Beach. Oceanfront resort on the north end of Daytona Beach.
Our Condo : Large Oceanfront 1 bedroom perfect for your family to enjoy a great stay on the beach. Ocean views from the Balcony – Living Room and Kitchen. Open floorplan for a casual family atmosphere. Separate Bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Oceanfront Balcony:
2 Chairs and a Table, perfect for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Living room::
Plenty of seating with Sleeper Sofa, Recliner and Large Flat Screen TV with Cable – LARGE picture window with gorgeous ocean views
Kitchen:
• Plates – bowls – silverware – glassware and serving bowls
• Pots and pans - cooking utensils
• Cooktop – 2 Burner – convection oven and microwave oven and full sized refrigerator
Bedroom:
2 Queen Beds with a dress and large flat screen TV. Short walk down the hall is another 4-drawer dresser.
Bathroom:
Shower – sink and private powder room.
Closets: Hangers, vacuum, broom, mop and any beach equipment other guests have left behind. We don’t supply beach equipment.

Directions to this condo: This condo is located at the south end of the building in the 5 story section of Daytona Beach Resort. From the lobby – take the elevator bank past the front desk to the 2nd floor – exit towards the parking lot and turn left out set of glass doors, follow hallway around corner. Use touchpad code for entry.

Great view!

This condo was perfect for a family of four! The view was beautiful. The kids loved the pools and the beach is right there. Have zero complaints about this property.

Great stqy and room only priblem was that a/c needs some work, the fan speed was only one setting and wasnt cool enough, we had tonuse a fan in front of the unit to help with air circulation because we got hot qhile sleeping.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Ortona Park. The room was clean. The ocean view was beautiful. The property owner sent helpful emails regarding not only our rental, but local attractions etc.. We hope to return one day. On a side note, I highly recommend visiting the Dollar Tree (almost directly across the road) for supplies and travel sized items before looking elsewhere. The store was huge and had the majority of the items we needed, many name brand, for a fraction of the prices found at Publix!

Condo was musty smelling

We enjoyed our stay because the people we visited in the area, but would never stay at this condo again. It was very musty smelling when we first got there. The bedding was not good. We were told that the pool and exercise room was going to be closed for the 6 days we were there and if we still wanted to rent. Decided that wouldn't be a problem and decided to take it. What Renata forgot to tell us that there was major renovations in the whole building. One day there was a strong odor from the stain they were using. The coffee pot didn't work. Thank goodness we had our own. The frying pan was disgusting, had to go buy one so we could at least make breakfast. The hangers in the closet where wired, which most were bent and useless. We would not recommend renting this condo.

It was everything we wanted

First time VRBO user. 11 floors up, oceanfront, nice kitchenette, clean, quiet, easy parking & close to elevators. Beautiful view from balcony. We very much enjoyed it .
