This is one of "The Best Little Condos In Daytona". Unit 214 at Harbour Beach Resort has a very unique floor plan with a queen size hidden wall bed that allows the living room to be converted to a private 2nd bedroom in the evening. During the day, A large picture window allows a full view of the ocean from the Bar, Kitchen and Dining Room. In the evening, there are blinds for this window to provide privacy.

This unit features spectacular Direct Ocean Views from the Bedroom, Living Room/Bedroom 2, Kitchen and Dining Room! This NE corner corner unit allows a panoramic North, East and South view from the balcony.

The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.

Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2010. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners. Unit 214's complete restoration was just completed in October, 2013. Included in the restoration was New Wainscot Wallpaper with Chair Rail moulding, New South Sea Rattan Furniture and New Verticals and Blinds. New "Cottage Style" Kitchen Cabinets as well as a New Built-in Oven and Smooth Cook Top, Full Size Refrigerator, Under Cabinet Microwave and Glass Mosaic Backsplash.

Convenient & comfortable

This was a nice property in a great location. It was quite comfortable for two people, though I can't imagine having more than that stay here, even though there is a second "bedroom"/living area. It was clean, but not spotless. The bathroom shower curtain liner needs replacing and I would recommend a washable, fabric one. Mold & mildew in FL is prolific. The bathroom is in need of an update in general; replacing the bathtub with a walk-in shower and more countertop space and towel hangers/hooks would be a great improvement. The kitchen was adequate for our needs, but a dishwasher would be nice. However, for as much time as we spent in the unit (very little), it suited our needs. Overall, I rated it 5 because there was nothing terribly wrong with it, there was just some room for improvement.

Great, easy stay

Great value for staying in a cozy Floridian condo right on the coast! We only wish it was a bit warmer or we stayed a bit longer so we could enjoy the beautiful & clean pool. We did walk the beach which is really fantastic! Everything in the pictures matched our expectations. The condo was very clean. Fixtures & linens could be updated but again, good value & super convenient location. Excellent communication, too. We had a nice breakfast almost next door at Adam’s Egg & love getting delicious Mexican at Dahlia inland. Would recommend & hope to return!

Ocean view....couldn't be any closer to the beach! Unit clean, quiet - with everything provided. Check-in, check-out, parking - all went very smoothly. Our host was available and very responsive throughout the booking process - great communication. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect!

Clean, with a great view and close enough to walk to restaurants and attractions, this was an affordable and terrific spot in Daytona Beach! While the cool temperatures were a letdown, we were able to sun on the pool deck and had a great view of the NYE fireworks! We highly recommend this place!

was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed for our week and a half stay. Owner is great and kept us informed if there was anything we needed to know about the property while we were there via email and text. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Daytona!

This is a great property. Perfect for the two of us and very spacious. Has plenty of space for groceries and luggage. Has everything you could possibly need. Has a great view and is easy access. Restaurants and pier in walking distance. Will definitely be booking again. Property manager is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly.

Very nice condo and location!

Perfect place for myself, husband and son to enjoy the beach and a nice pool while also having an easy drive to Universal Studios for a couple days as well during our stay. Loved the views and easy beach access. Layout is nice and separate bedroom is an added plus as it seems most places in the area offer studios. Building overall was clean and felt safe. Easy parking as well. Highly recommended!

Nice Place/Nice Owner

The place is as pictured. It is a small one bedroom condo with living space as another bedroom. Will sleep 4 comfortably. Perfect for our trip, needing place to sleep and get ready for our events. Murphy bed was good although it being a couch was not very comfortable on its own. We left as a bed, so no problem. Beautiful view right on beach. Only down falls would be shower was difficult to get temp right and very little water pressure and parking was limited and full many days. Super nice staff and dealing with owner has been pleasant and easy. Would stay again.

Great Condo

The layout of this condo is wonderful. The living room can function as a second private bedroom if needed. The unit was clean and well decorated. Great location! Easy communication with host. I would definitely go back.
