This residential building is popular with long-term residents, and only a few units are available for vacation rentals. Please note that you will be staying in a private community, not a hotel, offering a serene, resort-style experience.



Inside, the unit has been recently updated with modern touches throughout. The master bathroom was updated in April 2023, and new furniture graces the living room, dining area, and bedrooms. Enjoy new linens, decor, room-darkening blinds, and outdoor furniture—everything designed for comfort, style, and a relaxing stay.



Pet-Friendly: This condo allows up to two dogs under 30 pounds (no cats), which must be housebroken. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Any pets over the limit require prior approval. All guests with pets must complete the required paperwork and acknowledge pet rules prior to arrival.



**Please Notes of June 29. 2026: The condominium association will be performing routine exterior building maintenance through early to late January. As this work is managed by the association, the schedule and work locations may vary.

During your stay, you may experience construction noise, see contractors or scaffolding, or encounter temporary access restrictions to the balcony during business hours. We do not currently know when work will take place near this condo but will update the listing as we receive additional information.
