License to Chill - Ocean Walk

This ocean front unit in the north tower offers upscale finishes along with spectacular views. The Ocean Front Master Bedroom has plush king bedding, the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with kitchenette and the living area has a queen sized sleeper. The unit can sleep up to 10! You`ll really enjoy our beds as all the mattresses have been upgraded! Plus we have just updated all our bedspreads & reupholstered all our dinning benches and chairs!

The master bedroom also features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the allure of the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need so just bring the groceries! Each living room/ bedroom area also has it`s own washer, dryer, & AC system. Of course every room has a TV with cable and each living room features a VCR & DVD player for your favorite movies.

Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties.

This property had it all. I packed way too much stuff. Blowdryer, TP, Papertowels, garbage bags were all included. Rooms were very large. Kitchen table set up was great. Balcony was devine. Great view, 2 chairs & bar height table.

Dayton Paradise

The room was absolutely fantastic, room for two families totaling 9 people. We were excited to see not only two kitchens but also two washer and dryers in each unit. Space, cleanliness, beach decor, comfortable beds, living room and dinning room provided space for all. The pictures on VRBO don’t do this condo justice, it’s beautiful. By far my favorite part was being able to watch the heavenly sunrise. Early check-in to enjoy amenities was nice but they won’t allow you into the room. If you need a luggage cart make sure you have your wristband and ID. The resort seems to have an issue with not supplying their customers with luggage carts. Everyone checking in was looking for one and the condos have separate ones for their customers only. The elevator has access to the garage. If I would have know moving our luggage in would have been so much easier. I don’t think I’m the only one because others were parking outside to unload and it’s hilly with lack of space made it a little dangerous. This was my first time in Dayton, FL and I’m pleased with our stay and majority of the reason is this condo.

Family Vacation

We recently went on a family vacation and split up between multiple condos on the property. Everything was perfect and very spacious. The property was perfect for young kids we found ourselves occupied the entire time and the kid's waterpark was a hit.

3 bedroom oasis

We stayed at an amazing 3/2 condo at the Wyndham resort in Daytona beach, everything was so nice and wonderful we did have some issues but nothing that ruined our stay. When we first arrived check in went smoothly and the staff was pleasant, however when we got to the 20th floor and stepped off the elevator, we were instantly hit with the smell of dead seafood. We are guessing someone did a seafood boil, and engulfed the entire floor. The smell did not go away until day 3 when they came and carpet clean the floor. Once we got into the room however, we fell in love, big open space from kitchen to living room. The dinning room table was big enough to fit my entire family of 7. We did have a problem with the back ac unit in the condo, but we called the property owner and they had someone out Instantly to fix it, didn’t have a problem after. We did have two kitchens but only really needed one. The amenities that this place offers is absolutely amazing we didn’t have to leave for anything except to buy some food for the condo. My family ranged from 2 all the way up to 63 and there was something for everyone to enjoy. We definitely will stay here again!

Amazing stay!!

This condo looks exactly like the pictures. Very spacious, gorgeous beach views and lots to do in the area and at the resort. Condo came equipped with everything we needed, even down to an extra cooler. All of the Wyndham staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely book again in the future.

Love the area

We love staying in this area every year. I have used VRBO for condos in same buildings in past and always get a different one. This one had some issues, refrigerator didn't keep cold and no ice. They did get it to keep temp but not as cold as normal. There was never any hot water in the kitchen. We had two condos and I found out a little late on the water situation.

Perfect Location & Setup

We were in town for a work event and race. We couldn't have been more impressed with the location and setup. Everything was exactly as advertised. Only downside was the onsite restaurants close early but you can easily walk to a multitude of options. Will definitely book here again!

Awesome Place

Great for large families, lots of room!
