• Balcony & Door Suction Precaution: Coastal winds create strong air suction. Never open the front entry door and patio/balcony door at the same time, as doors can slam shut with severe force. Always ensure the front door is securely shut before opening the balcony doors.
• Key Policy: Guests are provided keys upon arrival; please safeguard them, as a $100 replacement fee applies for each unreturned or lost key.
• Unit Care: To protect our specialty furniture, please ensure all guests are completely dry and sand-free before sitting on couches or upholstered furnishings.
• Community Guidelines: All guests must respect Harbour Beach Resort HOA community rules, quiet hours, and smoke-free policies. All condo contents (cookware, decor, utensils) must remain inside the unit.
