Elite Beach Retreat - Ocean Walk

This is Daytona`s only 5 star resort. This ocean front unit recently had a full remodel. It`s located on the 7th floor of the south tower offering upscale delights along with spectacular views of Daytona`s Main Street Pier and Boardwalk.The living room offers a large flat panel TV, DVD player, it`s own modem and Internet router for in room wireless high speed service. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You`ll enjoy being able to walk out on to your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and pool deck. The great room floor plan opens up the dinning area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean!

The master bedroom features a King Bed, adjoining a Jacuzzi tub bath and vanity area with it`s own private entrance into the water closet and shower. You`ll also enjoy a flat panel TVs in all the bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 Full Extra Long beds, and the third bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The guest bath is centrally located for both bedrooms. Both the front section and rear sections of the unit have their own AC controls and washer dryers. Yes, that`s 2 washer dryers and 2 AC systems! The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries!

With free secure private parking, convenient Ocean Walk Shoppes restaurants, and walking distance to the Boardwalk, Ocean Center, and Seabreeze clubs you don`t need to go any where once your here.

Rain didn't damper our stay

Condo and amenities were great! It rained most of the time, which didn't ruin our vacation, but it was nice to have the space for us to also enjoy a few drinks either inside or on the patio.

Condo was nice and clean. The owners specified there were no supplies like coffee except one "starter" kit of one package of coffee. I would suggest that they provide coffee, creamer, and sugar as well as some basic cooking ingredients like oil and seasonings.

There were 10 of us and we enjoyed the condo and amenities. The balcony was a bit small for 10 of us but we made it work. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the overall space was good.

Our ac unit on half of our condo wasnt working properly. It wasn't too hot but still not where I wanted it to be. Our stay was good! Many different activities to do while there.

Great room and excellent view.

Everything went as smooth as one can ask for. Very easy from the time we pulled up with parking and check in. Questions were answered quickly and front desk was very friendly. Property was Everything it said it was. Pools were heated and hot tubs were hot. North tower hot tub jets were significantly stronger than south towers but properly maintained property. Very, very clean.

Best rental yet!

Chose this rental based on prior reviews so I wanted to give details for future renters. Besides the basics that the rental is pretty, clean, spacious, right on the beach…excellent and quick communication with owner. The hotel is organized with security to guide you right when you pull in.took elderly family member so having parking on same floor as unit was wonderful: so much to see and do on beach. Kids were entertained the whole time. Hotel is super clean. Pools and beach clean. Rented umbrella and chairs easily on beach. Owner has excellent communication and you will know exactly what to expect with supplies in rental. This was a perfect ten!

An excellent family getaway

Without hyperbole, this was a near perfect stay. This condo is amazing and has a lot more space than you'd expect it to have. Our family had tons of room to spread out and relax. The condo is well furnished with supplies and plenty of towels and, if you park on the 7th floor of the garage, you can walk right out into the garage to your car without having to get on an elevator. The only suggestion I might have would be to have a couple of more towel hooks or bars available; we did find space to hang towels to be lacking. Other than that, this was an exceptional stay and we'll be hoping it's available if we come back to the Ocean Walk.

Okay getaway.

Super Busy location. Plenty amenities. Plenty of room, linens and kitchen supplies. Maintenance was quick to fix AC in back rooms. Nice to have two washers and dryers but only used one set. The master bedroom bathroom washer and dryer needs to be replaced. They stunk up the entire bathroom. Do not use if you don’t want your clothing to have a sour smell.

Definitely recommend

We had a very lovely family vacation at this location. It was very busy of course being the summertime but it was never too overcrowded. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of our kids and grandkids. Very conveniently located. Some wear and tear as you would expect from an older building ocean front but very easy access to the ocean pools were great.

Location was perfect and all the employees we dealt we great! But this unit needs some TLC

We had trouble with TVs; we text manager and he sent me instructions via text and it still didn’t work.. had to wait until morning if the next day fir fix. He offered to credit me some money for our inconvenience.. they did come and fix the next day but it was an inconvenience when we would go turn on the next time.. the beds in one bedroom are in need of upgrade.. very uncomfortable!! I know it’s hard to keep these units up.. but the price we paid and the advertising of luxury condo was not so accurate..

Amazing

This property was absolutely perfect. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Being able to park on the same level as the unit was very helpful for unloading, reloading, and getting in and out. The view was amazing. The weather wasn't super warm so we used the heated pool and hot tubs every day and they were great! Location was great, you could walk as long as you wanted in either direction on nice clean packed sand. There are a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy. Overall this property is fantastic and I would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone!!!

Loved the property!

Property location and amenities were wonderful. Unit is listed as sleeps 12. We had 9 in our group and the accomodations worked fine, however the in condo supplies we not for a group of our size. Towels, dishes, silverware, dishwasher supplies, and laundry supplies were not enough. If it is listed as accomodates 12, there should be at least enough dishes and flatware for 1 meal of a group of 9 without having to buy plastic. 2 dishwasher packets and 2 laundry soaps were way too few for an 8 day stay. Broom in unit is useless.

Amazing Location!

This property is perfect! Located on the 7th floor makes it easy for loading/unloading your luggage from the parking deck.... no waiting on an elevator with all of your vacation supplies. Condo was very clean and updated. Property Manager kept us informed on the proper check-in / check-out process. 5 stars.......
