Beautiful OCEANFRONT 1 Bedroom Condo - Open Pools

Not to be confused with an ocean view unit, this privately owned updated sixth floor OCEANFRONT suite with a private balcony offers unobstructed panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.

Enjoy breakfast with breathtaking views of the rising sun over the ocean; a romantic moonlight dinner; an evening snuggled on the lounge to the sounds of the waves; or a cozy evening to a fireplace on those chilly nights.

The suite offers two  luxurious queen size beds in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa for extra guests. Plenty of eating areas, and a beautifully furnished living room with an electric fireplace that can be used with or without heat.

The hotel offers two outdoor pools, an outdoor kiddie pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a heated indoor pool for those late night or early morning swims, and an exercise room.

The hotel is located within walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and a short drive to the boardwalk and pier.

PLEASE NOTE: Kiddie pool remains closed.

Very quick communication as we may have not quite understood how to work the keypad to get in the unit! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extra items that were provided: Coffee, creamer, sweetener, tea for the keurigBeach accessories (chairs, towels, toys, umbrella!)This unit is very nice and host was so nice! This is a hidden gem! Very comforting! You will enjoy the patio as well. Everything about this condo is better than the pics :) This building is convenient to everything. The owner May is amazing and very attentive to anything that might come up. You will be missing out on a deluxe condo if you don't reserve this one!

40th Anniversary trip

This condo was perfect for our stay. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and bed. Great ocean view off our private balcony. Owner was great responding to all text even when I ask about events in the area.

3 night stay after our cruise..Just what we needed after the cruise to relax.Condo was clean, cute, stocked perfectly with towels., beach towels, beach chairs., 3 miles from pier., worth the walk. Host was great at communicating.,Pools were closed due to hurricanes but was disclosed in listing.,Beach was beautiful and relaxing.,Fun watching the cars drive on the beach!

Inside condo very nice

The property seemed very rundown and almost abandoned from the outside, lobby, and hallways. However, we were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this unit. It was extremely small, but very well decorated and great use of small space. The bathroom was spacious, and we had plenty of towels. I was under the impression it was a one bedroom unit, but there were no bedrooms at all, just two beds next to each other with curtains hanging between them. The view was great from the balcony, but only two people could fit on the balcony. The kitchen was stocked, but very small, and no oven. We loved that there was an air fryer available, though! Overall, this was a great condo for the price.

Misleading!!!

The owner of this property was pleasant and quick to respond and her condo unit was OK... HOWEVER, everything else was AWFUL! Her post about the property is misleading. Even though she stated at the VERY VERY BOTTOM of her description of her place (way after you make payment and see your total), that the pool was "temporarily" unavailable, this is a MISLEADING statement. The pool area is destroyed from a hurricane TWO years ago and there have been NO repairs made. It was overgrown with weeds, pools were drained but had dirty bug-invested black rain water in them, MAJOR sink holes surrounding some of the pools, stone/walkways collapsed in. She should not post the outdoor pictures because it looks NOTHING like what she shows. Even the inside pool/hotubs were drained and amenities were closed. The place seemed like a ghosttown. The management of the building appears to not have any inclination of cleaning up or repairing the hurricane damage. The place is falling apart. I would NOT stay here!

Oceanfront Beauty

We reached out to May regarding a VERY last minute reservation for the week. May was incredibly quick to communicate with us, and graciously accommodated our request. The oceanfront view is spectacular - you will have the best view for a breathtaking morning sunrise. The condo decor is beautiful; a cozy yet functional seaside retreat. May’s hospitality is unmatched; she has thought of every detail and possible need that a guest may have (from a first aide kit, to beach chairs, to complementary laundry pods, to complementary coffee supplies, and so much more). May’s communication was impeccable; every bit of information we needed concerning our stay was relayed to us. At first contact, May was transparent with us, explaining that the building did not (currently) have functional amenities such as pool, hot tub, parking deck, etc. We appreciate her willingness for full transparency with her guests. Thank you, May, for a beautiful visit to your ocean escape!

Short stay

Short stay but very clean and had all the necessary amenities needed including beach items, which we did not use. Just wish the pool was open but not the fault of owner. The resort was under construction so there was noise during the day but it will help to improve the resort.

A+ stay and Amazing ocean view!

We loved staying here. The condo was super clean and soooo cute. We loved that paper and cleaning products were well stocked and lasted the entire week. Plenty of dishes and cookware as well. Pools were all closed due to hurricane damage, but May communicated that well in advance of our stay with an option to cancel. We’re glad we didn’t. The views are truly amazing and we spent much of our time on the balcony relaxing. Very convenient that a supermarket was directly across the street and the Daytona Beach Pier was only about a mile away. Would recommend this condo to everyone. We will definitely be back. This was a 10 out of 10 for us.

Wonderful Stay

A very nice place to stay. Ocean view was fantastic. Only 2 things that were troublsome: 1. The door was a bit hard to deal with as the mehanical lock was hard deal with at times. 2. There was no hot water when we took showers later in the day to go out in the evening but there was hot water in the other taps. The owner is great to deal with!😃

This place is a quaint ocean front property that had all the amenities needed. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with coffee and a book. Host was quick to respond. Would stay here again.
