Enjoy stunning views of No-Drive Ormond Beach from the top floor, Southeast corner condo (no condo above,10th floor, the best) full ocean front balcony! "Sunnyside Penthouse" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

    The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property

    Just off the double queen bedroom, there is a large air-conditioned walk-in closet where you can place a pack 'n play crib. Baby can sleep in quiet while Mom and Dad and rest of family enjoy the condo. (Pack n' play available for rent)

This condo was beautiful, beds were comfy you have amazing views of the beach from all the rooms, kitchen was nice with all the utensils you could need for a meal, the only thing I would said it’s the bath tub/ shower wasn’t holding the water for nice bath but besides that my family and I will definitely be back to this beautiful place

Not only was the condo spotlessly clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, and dishes. The nicest condo we have stayed in on Ormond beach. Will definitely bookmark this rental for our yearly vacation.

The view is spectacular, the beds very comfortable, the little details delightful (blankets handy for being patio sitting), decorating very nice, well stocked kitchen. Very secure building. We loved it!

Absolutely loved my stay at this beach condo in Ormond Beach! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. It was just like being at home, there was everything already there even some snacks that my grandson loved. It was super clean & decorated so nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Stay was just what we needed.

Easy check in process good communication throughout our stay. Condo was just as described, very well appointed, lots of room and an amazing view of the beach and surrounding area. Quiet location but still close to lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back in the future. Jeff B

Everything shown on the website was exactly the way it was shown. Even better in person. Very quiet, beautiful view, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend. I would definitely book again on next trip to Florida.

Great family location

We had 3 families stay in the condo and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the pool and beach and especially liked that all of our beach equipment (chairs, canopy, etc.) could be stored in the garage on the bottom floor so we did not have to lug them from room.

Best vacation spot

The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, the view was phenomenal, easy to get in and out to the beach/condo/garage, well organized, clean, and the residents and staff were very kind. The beach was not crowded at all. There were plenty of places to go eat down the street and cute boutiques to shop. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place for 3 couples

This was a perfect condo for couples. My party which include 3 couples loved the lay out of the condo. Each couple had their room w/bathroom. Giving us common area to mengal and our privacy with leaving the condo.
